Visited about lunchtime during the week and the staff was not friendly. Would have bought much more merchandise Had they just been a little friendlier. We had to wait to check out even though they saw usup front.

Bought a pair of boots from here, was offered absolutely no help and not even a welcome, even though we were the only ones in the store and there being four workers there standing and talking to each other. When we checked out the girls in there were very rude. Definitely will be using the other locations from now on.

Employees were very helpful. I wish I had read between the lines when the girl who was fitting me mentioned the new-to-me brand Twisted X could be difficult with warranty. I figured such a high priced boot wouldn't need a claim anyway. There is some confusion when store says they offer warranty for three months but Twisted X says a year. Store suggested I go through Twisted X, but they turned down my warranty claim when the soles separated from the boots in under a year. I guess that's "normal wear and tear" for Twisted X. Would buy from here again, but not Twisted X brand.

It has mostly work type boots and Western wear. It's okay and the staff is nice,,but if you are wanting fancy cowboy shirts,you won't get any here. They sell boots,jeans belts and hats.Morw work related than fancy. Good but would have gotten 5 stars if they had some fancy Western wear.
