This place is hidden gem!! They have so many items for kids ages newborn-2T. From onesies, to pants, sweatshirts, shirts, shorts, hats, shoes, blankets, sleepers, jackets and more!!! I was so impressed. The prices were so reasonable and the clothes were all clean, steamed, and marked with a Tried But True tag. There was also a play area for my 3 kids to play in while I shopped. The owner, Jami, was beyond kind to my children. She even played with them while helping me find items I was looking for. Definitely visit soon, it’s worth it!!

I reached out to the owner of this store, Jami, to ask about store hours and shoe availability for my baby boy. Jami was so nice and helpful, even sending photos of the shoes she had before I visited the store. Upon coming to the store, I had a friendly welcome and got to experience seeing the organization and neatness of the store. I loved that everything is color coded, neat, and easy to look through. I also loved that it didn’t have a thrift store/second hand scent to it lol. Thank you for this experience, I will be back soon.

This place is a hidden gem!! My daughter, granddaughter and I have come back several times to go on such a fun shopping spree!! I'm going to be so sad when she outgrows this special boutique shop. The owners and family are so attentive and helpful, all the clothes are so well organized and you cannot beat the prices. My granddaughter always loves playing with the toys while us adults get to shop. 🙂 I highly recommend making an appointment to see for yourself. You won't be disappointed.

Tried but True is a wonderful second hand store with gently used clothes for newborns and infants. I was able to schedule a free private appointment easily online and browse a variety of apparel options with my husband at the cozy storefront. What would’ve been more time and money buying the same type of clothing online or at a major retail store was instead a pleasant opportunity connecting with a small business owner and having a unique shopping experience! We will be back to shop at Tried bit True 🙂

The best shopping experience with a toddler of all time! Jami was wonderful, very accommodating, and even brought me out an entire cart full of the size clothes I was shopping for. My son had an entire play area full of toys and I got to shop with no interruptions like chasing my kid around a store. The clothes are all clean and very cute!

Such a cute place! I found so many great pieces that were affordable. My experience felt so special because we got the store to ourselves. I loved the little play area for my son, and he’s loving the little toy cars you guys so kindly told him to keep because he liked them so much! Definitely coming back here again once all the spring/summer clothing is out. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to get that fancy boutique experience without breaking the bank!

I visited Tried but True for the first time today after making an appointment for a Monday afternoon. The owner’s mom and her friend (Flo) were there to help. They were great and we had a wonderful chat as I was shopping. They had some outfits already picked out on a rack in the size I was looking for. I brought my 2 month old along and I had such a warm reception and didn’t feel rushed. Jami’s mom even gave me a hug when I left 😊 I found so many cute clothes and can’t wait to return again on the fall for another shopping trip.

This place is great! I wish we found it sooner. There was a wide variety of clothing for our 9month old girl and 2 year old boy. And I loved that they have a little play area for the kids, while you shop. The prices and selection were both awesome and the owner was very accommodating and helpful. We will be back!
