I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with both the quality of a product I recently purchased and the customer service I received thereafter. I purchased a package of Bulla cakes, and upon returning home and opening it, I discovered that the cakes were filled with mold between the layers.

I immediately contacted the store to report the issue. However, the individual who answered the phone abruptly hung up while I was explaining the situation. When I called back a second time, the same individual answered and placed the phone on hold without offering any assistance.

At no point was there any acknowledgment of the issue, no apology, nor was I offered the opportunity to exchange the defective product. Instead, I was met with indifference and ultimately disconnected again, which left me feeling completely dismissed as a customer.

I hope this matter is taken seriously, and I would appreciate a prompt resolution.

This Caribbean store is exactly what the community needs. It’s has everything a person needed of all cultures. Whether you’re from a Caribbean background or an African American, you’ve loved what they have to offer. I no longer have to travel to NYC to purchase my Caribbean Groceries. Trishna Mini Mart has it all at a reasonable price. Friendly and courteous staff. There Beef Patties are the best. Always hot and tasty. Thank you, you guys are the best.

There is a young guy that works there this saturday and was VERY rude. Make sure to check all your products from this store. They are selling EXPIRED food items.

I used to love going here for beef patties but after today NEVER again I was served a smashed patty and when tooken out of the bag it had something green on it I tried to return but the workers there refused to give me a good patty. There is NOTHING green in Jamaican Beef Patties. Disgusting service and poor customer interaction and food handling.

If you’re West Indian they have ALL the treats you grew up loving! Definitely worth stopping in.
