These guys have no clue what they’re doing + rip you off.
We had a truck towed there for an air compressor repair. They had to order the part which took a few days to get to them. When the part arrived they said it was damaged. But then apparently they found a replacement in stock 🤔
Once installed the air would only go up to 90-100 psi. When we tried to talk to the mechanic he said he already punched out his time card. This was 4 PM Friday afternoon before Labor Day weekend. So the driver would have to spend 4 days there till they come back after the weekend to fix it properly.
At the end we were forced to pay the bill and had to take it to another shop to finish fixing the repair.

Worst possible place I could’ve given my truck for repairs. I had a problem with my def system and only my def system but over the last 3 weeks of leaving my truck here, they just kept giving me new problems with my truck only to get some extra money. My truck was perfectly fine and if it wasn’t I still only came to fix my def system. They didn’t even finish anything else over the 3 weeks, only the def system but I still had to pay for everything else, how will I do that if they take this long to fix the only source of income I have? It felt sketchy and almost like a scam so I took my truck ( perfectly fine after def system) and put it in a new repair shop. DONT COME HERE PLEASE I DONT RECOMMEND.

“Dishonest and unreliable service. Brought my truck in for a specific issue, and after leaving it with them, they suddenly ‘discovered’ multiple other expensive problems. Feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. Would not recommend.” To tow your truck to your state will be cheaper than to fix here

They received my truck on Wednesday with broken compressor. Said they gonna order it and it should arrive next morning, we agreed on the price even though they asked for 1500$ for a labour..On Thursday they said that the part is stuck in Memphis TN, even though they ordered it from Reno NV. On Friday they received a part, and said it is damage they can not place it. After and long talk they said they found another one, which was in stock since Wednesday...

After 4 hours of work they said truck is ready (still charging 8 hours for 180$ and hour). My driver took the truck out of the bay and air was not pumping above the 100. They said sorry we done for today, and we won't get him back to the bay...

After long talk with management, they got him back and after two hours I received and email (photo attached) that all good and the truck is pumping till 115 and only then cuts off. I asked to give my driver a chance to check it, they said NO we can not cause in 4 minutes we closing and if you not paying we won't release a truck till Tuesday. I payed them, and notice that they did not fixed anything...Air was not going above 95 after additional fix.. Immediately stoped replying to calls.

Two full days lost + 3200$ charge for nothing, must tow my truck to another shop.

Be aware of this scammers, avoid them!!!

What an amazing experience! Desiree got us checked in and I won’t lie, I didn’t initially have any trust that they would find out why our 2015 Volvo was losing power. We had already been to 3 other shops and they didn’t know what to do. But boy did they make a believer out of me.😉☺️ Tyler is a God-send. You ever met someone that has a plethora of extra facts and info in their head for no reason at all? Well, that’s Tyler and I am glad he had those extra facts because he fixed that truck! Chal, we been rolling all night to make our delivery on time. Paperwork was clear, prices were fair and we even caught up on our Series of Shows in their break room, tv and coffee and fresh ice and water available for guests. God bless this place. Beyond Satisfied!

Fantastic group of people,from the receptionist,to parts manager to the mechanics working here I give them a 100 for getting on my truck and getting us. Back on the road,will definitely be back and I highly recommend.

Lazy scammers, will hold your truck forever. They order parts from Reno NV, but next day after you order it, they will tell you it is in Memphis TN.

Charging 180$ an hour for 8 hours, even through whole work take 2-3 hours.

No one will update you or call you. Stay away!!

Scammers!! Stay away!! Will charge 180$per hour, and wont let you driver check the truck until you pay them. Once you will find out truck is not fixed they will stop to answer your calls and email.
