Always busy in the store, so I make an online order.
Twice now, I never got the ready for pick up email. I get the other emails just fine.
Can't call them because they don't answer their phone.
Probably faster and easier to just drive to Sedona.

Everyone is always so happy! I would go here just for that, no purchase necessary. The team is kind to one another, everyone smiles and helps out, a wonderful respite from the real world for a few moments. (Seriously can you just make a waiting room for this part 🙂 ). Kassidy is my fave. She is a total rock star. Super knowledgeable, kind, personable, and professional. They are doing lots of things right, super great environment and experience, every time. I dream of a day cottonwood actually had a good dispensary, this ain’t it. Online line ordering was down, they said it happens a lot. Come in here and there’s not a lot of people but it still takes FOREVER. This place is auwful

As a first timer in AZ, visiting from out of state, Chastity (I apologize if I misspelled the name) helped my friend and I! She was EXTREMELY helpful with her recommendations, and had a great energy and was super friendly! 10/5 stars for customer service and I’m excited to have my treats throughout today! Order ahead on the website (if it is working) and then wait in line to find out they were out of what you ordered and items were substituted with inferior product. Pay exorbitant charge for haphazardly rolled mediocre shake/trimmings. Get home and open the packaging to see you were ripped off on top of it all. These baby .5 grams are ridiculously small and futile as it is - never mind once the dispo pinches from your sack!

I recommend the Shango or the locally grown Abundant Organics for flower. If you need pods consider the Stiizy. Wyld for edibles. I’d highly recommend you get these on sale you can usually get a BOGO or similar deal if you keep an eye out. I’ve had trouble with bad flower or bad cartridges and the dispensary staff replace it for me, but the brands I mentioned are all excellent quality. I’ve been smoking herb 22 years and am a local.

Always out of concentrate products. 20+ minute wait times. One quarter of an ounce of flower is $90 for 20% THC where as compared to JARS in Prescott Valley or New River One Ounce of flower $120 for 25% THC or better. Save your money and make the drive. It's well worth it
