I used to go here a lot but the customer service quality has gone down tremendously. Half the time their systems are down and you’re forced to pay cash. Budtenders are often rude and lack attention to detail. They consistently dead named me despite filling out online paperwork multiple times. They also seem to treat people weird for needing genuine medicinal marijuana and not just recreational weed, as when I’ve disclosed my disability multiple times they were not very accommodating and were quite cold and curt. If you need weed fast this place is fine, if you want quality service take your business elsewhere.

Warm friendly clean atmosphere, staff is more than accommodating and knowledgeable, can always guide you if you're new to the world of medical marijuana or just want a new strain suggestion. Never try to upsell you, quite the opposite- they have daily sales with prices I've never seen as low anywhere else in the tri county area. Also have a rewards/points system that doesn't take long to accumulate at all and adds extra savings. Only dispensary I visit now, wayyyy better than The Apothecarium which is 1 min up the street.
Update: still a loyal customer, more than ever, as they've introduced new brands and concentrates at unbeatable prices:)

As a customer, it is a shame to be harassed by the staff and management and have orders tampered with. They don't realize patients can hear them talking about you through a thin gap in the wall when you walk out. I am appalled and truly saddened by this as i thought it was a safe space for people with health issues.

I loke the R.O brand and they always have it on deck. Also, started coming here because other places seem "go down" with their systems but this place takes both cash and card. Super convenient if you forget to hit the atm, just a small fee
