I purchased 2 Zapotec rugs 2 years ago and one is already unraveling at both ends. We’ve actually only “lived” with them for approximately 10 months since we are winter residents. I called during business hours and left a message. When my call hadn’t been returned a week later, I called again and left another message. Then I called another number and talked to Lincoln. He essentially blamed me for the way we cleaned the rugs and said he wouldn’t do anything about it. I have owned several Zapotec rugs for years and have cleaned them all the same way and never had on unravel before. These rugs are both small (30 inches by 60 inches) and I paid $340 each for them. I would recommend never purchasing from this store.

I recently visited Tubac Old World Imports and was treated to the most beautiful collection of rugs. Lincoln Wilson greeted me and showed me beautiful pieces of art.
Their rug collection is vast with very special collections. I've recently purchased a 70's era home and want to be true to Mid Century Modern design. He suggested I bring home a runner to try and send him pictures of my area so he can better help me.
Such great service that's hard to duplicate!
I highly recommend you visit this amazing rug store. I know I'll be coming back because a room without a rug is just a room!

Bought another area rug form Lincoln & Paula. The selection is outstanding and the quality if excellent. The customer service is outstanding. The owners have a great eye for color to help you make the best choice. It is worth the drive from Tucson to acquaint yourselves with Tubac Old World Imports.

What an awesome store we just stumbled on! I was in need of a runner anyways so i took a look around. The owner was super cool and chill and very nice to my crazy children. The wool, hand woven runner looks beautiful and fits perfectly. It's at the entryway and will bring me happiness everytime I walk in.

Their mastiff attacked my 25lb service dog. The owners let the dog roam - beware and keep your dog safe if you enter this store.

Amazing selection of rugs. Lincoln is a fantastic guy and his wife Paula is a fantastic woman. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for beautiful rugs. Plus Lincoln has a buttery smooth voice that is like candy to your ears.
