Our garage refrigerator unexpectedly stopped cooling. From a service call determining it could not be economically fixed, to selecting a new fridge on the website, to placing the order over the phone and receiving delivery the next day, we felt Tucson Appliance was totally professional and prompt. All team members were helpful and friendly. We are very happy.

We gave bought new kitchen appliances. Tucson Appliances was so much easy to work with during the selection.
Their installation crews are fabulous. They check to make everything is installed correctly and leveled.
Paul and Raul did a fantastic job of delivering and installing our dishwasher and refrigerator. The other two men (I regret I did not get their names) were equally as talented in delivering and installing our microwave and range. Also their delivery and installation is all in house employees - which we loved.
We would highly recommend Tucson Appliances for your next purchases.

WE LOVE TUCSON APPLIANCE!! Gary Robinson has always been a great resource - this time he came through with a standing freezer SO FAST when ours died! None of the food was even affected! He got measurements to make sure the door would open correctly in the tight space in the pantry - had it delivered and installed so quickly - we are forever grateful! We REALLY love that Chris Edwards and his team are so generous in this community. I love supporting local business, it's even better when that local business supports Tucson in so many ways. Tucson appliance was very easy to deal with. I was surprised that their prices were a little bit lower than the big box stores. Josh was incredibly helpful and very friendly. They were able to schedule my delivery for a washer the next day, which was much faster than the big box stores could do. Josh also worked with my property manager in order to make sure delivery was easy- this is always a pain with the big box stores. I will be using them again in the future!

My purchase of a Bosch dishwasher was totally done by email because of the responsive and helpful cooperation of Cody Pacheco. I did the product research and ended up with a competitive price and a fast and efficient transaction. This is the second time in a year that Cody worked with me on a transaction this way. Worked with Peter over here at Tucson Appliance on a front-loading washer/dryer laundry pair. Told Peter up front that I was looking for front-loading laundry, on pedestals, with an app that alerts me when they're done, and no Samsung.

Peter took us directly to a few options that met my requirements, and also showed us a "scratch & dent" gas dryer that we ultimately ended up purchasing, since neither we nor Peter could figure out why it was scratch and dent, and works fine.

Peter had to order in the pedestals, and prepped me that they would probably take a couple of weeks to arrive, but they showed up within a few days. Delivery team came a couple days later, and were fast, efficient, and careful, including wiping down the machines with Windex before leaving.

All in all, exactly the experience I wanted when going to an appliance store versus a big box store. I'm definitely keeping Tucson Appliance in mind for future needs.
