Great service for an outlet!

I came in to pick up a replacement international carry-on and walked out with a new matching backpack as well. Both were monogrammed for me in a matter of minutes and the sales rep found me new (non-display) ones in the back.

Nice selection, clean, and no pressure. Definite win for luggage shopping!

My aunt and I and my sister went Christmas shopping for luggage. Candace and Kathleen were so helpful when we were picking out our luggage. We stayed there for so long because we could not decide which color and size to buy but they helped us by opening the suitcases and showing us the inside and how it looked. So we could decide on which suitcase we liked the best! It was great customer service.

Do not expect the short-haired saleswoman ever to greet or welcome you. While browsing in the store, she constantly showed attitude even without saying anything. I was going to purchase a bag, but the terrible service and attitude do not deserve the business.

I will never shop at this store. The customer service was extremely rude and very disrespectful. I was shopping on Black Friday 2021 with my two older teenage daughters. We were looking for a hard shell expandable 360 wheel with combo lock in blue to match our previously purchased carry on. My daughter is in college on the other side of the country and flies home every two months. Her current side is nice but does not have all the features we want. As we were looking at the cases the older women with short dark hair was at the register with another customer. My daughter was looking at the blue set that was in the middle of the floor. I was about 10 feet away looking at another blue one on the shelf. The woman did not greet us when we entered. She turned around and said do you need help opening them up and looking inside with a rude tone. I replied no we can do that. She then proceeds to walk over to my daughter who is 18 years old and had her hand on the suitcase she was looking at. The woman leans over my daughter moves the larger suitcase then proceeds to grab the suitcase my daughter was touching and looking at and moved it two inches over as if she was fixing up the display and there wasn’t a customer standing there looking to purchase that item. Mind you she walked away from the customer she was working with to do this. She continued to look at us the entire time we were in the store. As if we were going to steal something or break a hard shell suitcase. She made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcomed. So much so that we left the store without purchasing the items that my daughter was looking at and wanted to buy.

I like all the different options of stores they have,it's always very clean and kept up,I just feel that it isn't cheaper then going to any other high end store,I payed 110 for sketchers,and 150 for a sports memorabilia jacket,I thought being an outlet mall would mean less expensive but that's just not the case here,but if you don't mind paying what you would if you went to an actual name brand store,then you'll love it here,it really is a nice mall
