First time in the store today and was help by the gun counter Manager Amy & her customer service was phenomenal. There were two other guys working behind the counter also and both were talkative and friendly as well. Amy was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond with assisting me and my friend and even answered all questions with positivity and confidence throughout the visit. This kind of customer service with satisfaction is hard to find anymore and the experience I had at this location today makes me want to come back and do future business with them. I highly recommend this location.

Very busy store but when they are not busy and the counters are rushed with people. Very polite very respectful. I had bought my daughter a marlin 22 rifle 10 days before her birthday. The day of her birthday was also the day of her birthday party. I barely made it into the store at the last minute right before closing. The security guard informed me that they were close, but very polite and said you know what let me ask the manager. The entire staff wanted to go home, which I totally understand at the end of a working day anybody would. But he stayed open a couple extra minutes longer to see to it that I finished the paperwork for a pick up on a rifle for my daughter’s 14th birthday. Five stars hats off to Turners on Hammer Lane. Great people definitely ain’t getting that at bass pro shopper anywhere else just saying. 🤝

Went in a few days ago due to a recommendation on this place and I asked an employee for help and she just told me she’s new she can’t help and walked away. She has so much attitude just because I asked if she knew where a product was. I was so shocked. They should not be hiring people like that. At least get another employee to help me out. I’d rather make the drive to another location than deal with that.

First time going in racist manager stereotyped me as soon as I walked in was hostile towards me like I wasn't allowed in, everything I asked he said they don't have it I should look online, followed me through the whole store same as the staff very hostile when I got up to the register, I do not recommend anyone to go in very rude and hostile environment manager seems like he's on something. Very disappointed

This is a quality shop with well educated staff and good prices on firearms. I bought a glock 26, mossberg 590, windicator 38 special, and now a FN five seven. Most of them were on sale!! Definitely recommend checking out this shop and just a quick tip always do your research before purchasing any firearm for ex safety, paperwork, laws etc but if you are new to 2A the staff will definitely help out and be kind!

I had the absolute best experience with AMI the store manager, this is my first purchase of a firearm. I went to bass pro shop and had a horrible experience so I left. I came here and she recommended guns that would fit me and my needs. She helped me pick my other accessories, she even helped me put them on my duty belt. Don't buy a thing from these people. They are so quick to take ur money, and then when you want a refund they act like u are inconveniencing them. They are a bunch of crooks. Don't buy a single thing here. Poor service, they act like u don't matter. I would never buy a thing from here again
