Would give zero stars if possible. My girlfriend and I bought a car from him and he claimed all it needed was a battery. It turned out to have 4 engine misfire codes ( which were cleared before the purchase )as well as transmission codes . Car is NOT safe to drive at all. Matt went as far to say if I did not buy the car, he would just give it to his wife or daughter. There is no way you would give that car to a family member with how dangerous it is. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

**UPDATE** UNFORTUNATELY, less than 9 months later... engine and transmission trouble began. At the end of the year, I was advised that I paid for an $18,000 lemon. It needed MORE than an engine and transmission, even with ALL the repairs and maintenance! They are now out of business, so there's NO RECOURSE. SO, the review below... means nothing. I ended up having to go to Jeff D'Ambrosio Dodge for a 2022 Tiguan. Just be careful at any used car business. All the precautions, preventative measures, recalls and repairs STILL didn't help. SMH 😓🤦🏾‍♀️

Bill worked EXTREMELY hard over a course of 6 weeks to ensure that my dream car was in tip-top shape and what I call 'road ready'!!!! From negotiating the best interest rate and getting my payment to $10 LESS than I requested to inspection/emissions to part recalls (and a loaner to keep me moving while we waited 👍🏾🙏🏾😁) and rebuilds to surprise repairs... he did EVERYTHING necessary and went above and beyond to complete the deal! Thank you for ALL your hard work Bill! You're the BEST! 🙏🏾🤗🙏🏾

Stay away if you can. One of the worst experiences I've had. I should have walked out when one of the guys got angry when I was trying to point out issues with the car but I didn't think much of it at the time.

They charged me fees that should not have been applicable, I was in a rush since I was visiting from NJ so didn't notice it till later. I was assured the car was good but the car broke down a couple of days later. I took it to my mechanic later who gave me a laundry list of things that needed to be changed. The warranty I purchased covered a lot of it but I still had to pay a large amount out of pocket.

They also promised to send me a couple of small parts that needed to be replaced which I brought up during the purchase. However I've been trying to contact them for over a month regarding that and I still have no answer. Extremely unprofessional, would not recommend going here.

Too many red flags to count. Once again, just a one star because I couldn’t give no stars. I wish we would have listened to the other reviews and never even spoken to this dealer. Found UDriveToday off a FB marketplace post. When I messaged about the car in question, I was told it was available and made it clear we would be getting a sitter for our son, driving over an hour and even figured out a time frame to see the car the very next morning. We got there not too long after the dealership opened (which was apparently closing early due to William having another engagement and there not being any other sales agents there- first red flag). When we got there, we noticed the car we came to see was not on the lot. And nothing similar was, either. We went inside and immediately told William what we were there to see. He responded with “oh yeah. I sold that”. Which, was fascinating as we had just talked about the car (a white ford edge) the afternoon of the day before. ((Side bar - we went to see this car on March 2, 2024 and as of today, March 5, 2024 - it’s still listed as available on Facebook.))
After telling us that the car had already sold, William tried to tell us how we should deal with our current trade in. We had been looking and shopping for a couple weeks and had received a few decent offers for the trade in in question. I mentioned a well known dealership right down the road from William’s place and he scoffed before insulting that dealership (which we had used before with another purchase and actually really liked) I stated that that dealership gave us a great offer for our trade in. William attempted to continue speaking down to us and speaking of how terrible the other dealership was and said he actually used to “run it”.
Yet, another red flag as that dealership has only grown in the years since he supposedly worked there.
He then tried to get us to go to his desk so he could show us “other options” to which we declined and left as quickly as we could. ((We then went to the dealership down the road and found a great choice, we bought from the other dealership a few hours later and have tried to forget about this whole ordeal. The whole dealership has a dirty, gross feel to it. I have no doubt that the whole thing is a scam and he probably never even had the car he posted on Facebook, but just used it as a lore to get people to the dealership.

Follow your gut and the other reviews and run far, far away from William and this dealership it’s a scam and you’ll definitely regret it!

I went to two dealers, before going to U Drive Today. Got turned down at the other dealers. But not at U Drive Today, Bill was awesome, I was approved in ten minutes. He was polite and funny, and great human being, and that's what he treaded me like, A human being not a mark. He made car buying easy. Forget every dealer in PA, go to U Drive Today, don't waste your time anywhere else. Never had a better experience buying anything anywhere else my whole life. Thanks Bill and U drive Today you all are awesome.

When I first came to this place, they were helpful and courteous. I have purchased 2 cars from them. Never had any trouble until this past year. Just got off the phone with them to get my car inspected. Was told to try a Ford dealership. They aren't really an inspection place. They mainly maintain their own cars. When I informed them that my car was bought from them and have been bringing my cars there for years, it didn't matter. I take that as they don't want my business. Will never recommend them to anyone. They have really gone down hill since Covid.
