Exceptional service. If you have ever skied in uncomfortable boots you know what a bad experience it is. These guys will totally set you up for a day of comfort on the slopes. The expertise, and equipment they have, to put you in the right boots, is unparalleled in the area. They also have a lot of options for rentals, and gear for sale. Highly recommend.

I’ve been skiing for 50 years. The last 10 or so were with on and off foot pain due to poor fitted boots. I thought I was going to sadly quit skiing because my foot pain was too much. I came across Uli and gave it another go due to some positive reviews from skiers with challenging boot fit. I purchased some boots, foot beds and had them custom fit my boots. After the initial fit I could go all day almost pain free. I brought them in for a minor adjustment and now I’m completely pain free, warm and comfortable. I’m totally blown away by their customer care and support across the entire staff, their patience and expertise and dedication to the sport to those of us who love the sport and want to continue as we age and change.
This is like the old timey ski shop that have really talented technicians and staff that take the time to get it right. Total game changer for me. Can’t thank them enough for helping me stay in the game!

Love this shop! Friendly and very well informed staff. Recently bought two new pairs of skis, w/ bindings mounted and tuned and a pair or boots. They advised us on the skis and what would be the right setup for us. Boot fitting was thorough and all around a great experience.

So excited about my custom fit! Jameson has been more than expert fitting me to my boots with custom perfectly molded insoles and heat fitted boot shell. These boots are so comfy and gorgeous!
Ask for Jameson. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable matching ski and boot to skier, he's entertaining and total sweetness!

Mark really knows boot fitting. I thought the entire staff was friendly and very helpful. I always buy used skis and only the folks at Uli Seiler could convince me to buy new boots and skis. ULI SEILER MELTED MY SNOWBOARD!!!

I took it in at the end of the season for a summer wax. Well I’m finally going out for the first time this season and I just had the wax scraped and buffed at another shop since I moved out of state. Now I can see the fiberglass layer showing through!

I noticed it when I first picked up my board from Uli Seiler and figured it might just be the texture of the wax they left on for me. Turns out THEY DONT HAVE A CLUE WHAT THEY’RE DOING and they had the heat turned up way too hot!

Do not take your snowboard or skis here for service. They will destroy them! Now I have to spend $500 on a new board.

Steve and Jameson handled my boot fitting appointment. I am SUPER happy with the boot selection/fitting experience. Steve felt my current foot-beds were fine and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and speaks to his integrity, and I appreciated that as well. Jameson was certain he knew exactly which particular boot was the right one for me, and he was right. While I felt really good about his selection, I insisted on trying a couple of other boots, just to satisfy me that is was for certain the right selection, and his initial selection was right. They were both VERY knowledgeable. They have earned my future business, and I highly recommend the shop. THANKS AGAIN!!

I just purchased a set of skis for myself and my daughter and can't recommend Uli Seiler Ski Shop enough. The entire staff are extremely courteous, professional, knowledgable and friendly. I especially want to thank Steve, Marek and Gabrielle for all their help and assistance during our purchase as they made things so easy. Fitting boots is never easy as there isn't one that works for everyone, but they made sure to find boots that not only fit well but also customized them to our feet. I only wish that I lived a bit closer so I could come in and talk skiing more often. If you live anywhere in the Bay Area, I highly recommend you pay them a visit if you are planning on purchasing ski equipment. There aren't many dedicated ski shops left like this, and the service is miles above what you will find at the large sporting good chains.
