This store is RAD. So much good stuff to pick through! I found three pairs of amazing vintage jeans, a sweet pair of 1980’s clogs, and a gorgeous vintage ring- all for an extremely reasonable price. This is how curated thrifting should be. The girl working there was super friendly and helpful, too. I can’t wait to go back.

We drove over an hour to pick up a shirt that took 2 months to get. There is a girl working here which I hope it’s not the owner because if she is it’s sad. We get in there because obviously she’s on the phone and doesn’t acknowledge us outside. She still continues her conversation while we are inside doesn’t even welcome us. Customer service is key specially right now for small businessesc, asks for my name looks for the shirt and gives it to me. Not a “thank you for waiting” “thanks for your business” . Then continues to be on her phone, we were there for 10-15 min looking at the pieces the store had. Not once did she asked if we needed anything, we left and she stayed on her phone. Please hire better people to work here, the vibe was so uncomfortable we didn’t want to spend our money here. Will take my business to Melrose as they check for temperatures and Welcome every customer. #CustomerService MATTERS!

This place is very aesthetic; it has a small selection of live plants for customers who are botanical heads (like me). The clothes there are vintage, usually in great condition. They have a little bit of everything, such as sports, music artists, designer, hype, shoes, action figures, hats, jerseys and more. The arrangement of display is very efficient as well. You kind of get your moneys worth because some pieces are over a bill. Just keep an eye out finding the place because it's quite hidden with other stores next to it.

I was asking tissues for restroom use, but the staffs weren’t willing to give me some, even one or two pieces. Their attitudes toward Asians weren’t very polite.

Cindy did my moms eyebrows and they look amazing. My mother has had decades of plucking her brows thin and I wanted to treat her for her birthday. From the initial phone conversation to the first consultation Cindy was very informative, meticulous and professional. The outcome was even better and even sent us a nice before and after and video afterwards !

Customer service and items are great, I have talked to the owners before and have always had amazing experiences. Not sure what happened to the person below, but I know who she’s talking about. In the owners defense it is difficult running a business and taking care of customers when it gets busy on the phone , you can’t expect everyone , everywhere to try and welcome you, it hurts small business when you don’t try and ask for help politely and instead expect everyone to cater to you. This business has always been amazing and I will always come down here for amazing finds
