This floral shop is my new go-to for floral deliveries in SGV. I ordered a bouquet for my Mom's birthday and it was beautiful! It looked exactly as it did in the image online. The flowers were delivered super timely and my Mom LOVES them. Placing this order was so simple and there were NO hidden costs or fees. I was originally going to go with a different local florist, but when I got to the payment page, there was a $24.99 "service charge", in addition to $9.99 delivery charge to deliver 3 miles away. Ridiculous! So I found Unique Floral Shop and the whole transaction from start to finish was easy breezy and there prices were great! No service charge, no delivery charge (they were also within 5 miles of the delivery destination) and I'm honestly just grateful and amazed at their prices, gorgeous bouquets and service! I've saved them in my Address Book for future reference.

I had forgot to order my mom flowers ahead of time. I googled local flower shops near my moms job since its not close enough for me to personally deliver. I was so happy when I went onto the website that morning and there was a timer for time left for same day delivery. The website was so user friendly and easy to use. My mom received her flowers by that afternoon and it matched the picture just as I had picked out. The flower arrangement was fresh and beautifully arranged. I will definitely be using this flower shop again.

Beautiful flowers, but no customer service. I called, left a message to add a sash (no an online option) to the arrangement. I also asked that they call me back to confirm the order was received and would be delivered as needed. Sadly, no response.

2016 UPDATE: I ordered and had a "premium" arrangement delivered on Mother's Day and was a HUGE disappointment. It looked nothing like what was advertised. I spent $77 on a small and sparse arrangement.

Very professional and beautiful flowers! They were as beautiful as they advertised. They were delivered in a timely fashion and there website was very easy to access. I also liked that I was able to speak to someone in person to confirm everything. I live in the Virgin Island and was able to get these sent no problem. I'm very happy with them and definitely recommend there shop!

Good communication service but horrible flower display. I can not believe I even paid what I did for what I ordered. I could have just bought them from the street vendors and made a better bouquet. And I paid for the premium. Yet they look like standard. Just go to Ms flowers in montebello. I wish I could post the pictures. To top it off it was my moms Mother’s Day flowers. Such a fraud.
