Took tractor and a bush hog needing a ball bearing repair in a tire. There was a 2 to 3 week lead time. Kept it a total of 5 weeks. Repaired air conditioner, replaced filters, oil change. Repaired both seals on 3 hydraulic pistons on lift arm. Picked it up sept 6. Charged over 5000.00. Looked at brush hog, not even touched. They took 150.00 off the bill leaving 4800 plus on the bill. 700.00 more than quoted price. Said it was extra labor. When asked why, she couldnt explain. Put hay out then put 4 round bales out Oct 8. Three of the seals leaking and dripping on the ground. Had rear right stabilizer bar replaced. Didn't fix it. Just added new parts to bent bar which don't line up to bolt holes so just put 2 clips on there. Won't even hold the bush hog. Plus on the back lift arms they didn't put the correct bolts back in it which is very important to have those bolts that are specifically made to go there so they don't shear out. Called complained and was told their was a 2 1/2 week lead time. Just have to leave it. What a bunch of crap.

Talked to the manager, Ernie Hanson, he fixed everything and picked up and delivered our tractor for free. If the assistants or staff don't help you, talk to the manager. I will definitely use them again.

Bought a John Deere 2555 from the Magnolia Branch. Due to not being able to get up there and see it I asked the salesman if the tractor was operational and if there was anything wrong with it. The salesman said yes and the only thing that "he knows of" is of a "small" hydraulic leak at the front of the tractor. Well its not a small leak. However, I have found other problems with the tractor. For instance, hooked it up to a baler... the hydraulic line on the tractor (from lever to female adapter) ruptures. Turn off the tractor... go to restart it and click. I have voltage at the batteries... so bad starter. Come to find another treasure, the clutch is going out. No matter what when the clutch is pressed down I grind gears going from low to high range. I asked this salesman if this tractor was operational and he said yes. Either this salesman wasnt honest or he doen't understand anything about an operational tractor (ignorance). I do understand this tractor was made in the 80's but that doesn't mean you hide info about a tractor when you are asked if anything is wrong with the tractor and you say just a small hydraulic leak at the front axle. If I knew the clutch was going out like that I wouldnt have bought it. The hydraulic leak I can fix. I would never buy from the Magnolia store again. Text the Salameman about the problems and no response. Now I have to buy a starter, new clutch, hydraulic fluid, and waste time to fix a so called "operational tractor". And you cant tell me these things all went bad from the time I bought the tractor to the day after I got it to my place. Unacceptable.

One of my favorite places to shop for the shop or the garden! The only place with the best selection of gas and battery powered equipment! Including a huge variety of Stihl products! I just bought a big ol blower to blow those fall leaves that are coming!

Always bought parts for our John Deere but when I Enquired about a new lawn tractor I literally got no feedback. PS, this happened twice.
Makes you wonder if the sales staff are motivated. We recently have been looking elsewhere.
This is a shame especially since we like to shop locally.

Well, I am back again. The president of the company gave me his word that he would help me with support after a bad sale. A BAD DEAL at the Magnolia, Arkansas location cost me $4200 and the president of the company is going to 'help' by paying $500 toward an $1800 part that was trashed before I bought the tractor. I had no way to test this part as I hadn't purchased a Woods BrushBull cutter to run the PTO until months later when Spring arrived (the time when I would actually need to run the PTO). I purchased this tractor in Fall/Winter of 2020. If you want SERIOUS support after buying a used tractor (and I am assuming new as well) DO NOT do business with this company. Clint waited until AFTER I pulled a negative review to punch me in the gut again with his $500 insult.
Again I was forced to select one star to be able to post this review....it should be zero stars. Stay away from this company DB

After speaking with with Robert he said he would call me back before the end of the day on Friday. He did not. Since your management cannot keep their word, What should my next step be?
