Let me say Joshua the puppy trainer is excellent! He knows what he is doing ! Milo my puppy loves him! He’s on point , he’s really involved in all his classes ! He treats his the dogs he trains as if they were his own! The Store manager is always there and greets Milo whenever we walk in. I would definitely rate Joshua and the team a 10/10! Highly recommend if you want your dog trained by an excellent trainer Joshua is the one person to go to!,

I hate to say this but there are better deals online than what they offer in the store. I bought 5 items in store and saw that online that I could get all the exact same items for literally half the price! Such a huge difference. So I went back and returned to the store and just bought online. They should really price match without the customer having to ask for it. It's a chain, should just be automatic same prices. That's the whole reason online shopping is driving stores to close... I hate to see that they are doing it to themselves.

Our puppy training classes with Joshua were excellent. Joshua was patient, knowledgeable and he taught us many skills. It has gotten us off to a very good start with our 6 month old puppy. We highly recommend Joshua’s classes.

Update after four years: Still the same helpful, low-key place, where somehow the pets there being groomed or "shopping" cannot help but make the rest of your day or evening happy.

Helpful, professional staff; good product selection with specials. Free, small parking lot out front. Regular, monitored adoptions. Super friendly vibe.
