SELLER BEWARE!!! I took a bag of gently used clothing items in here, and I had my items evaluated by an older woman while I was browsing. When I went back up to the counter, I was surprised to see she only took 2 items from the entire bag. She explained that they don’t take items from kohls, which is totally fine, but left behind were items from North Face, Columbia, Nike, Banana Republic, and American Eagle denim that I had only worn one time, among many other things that were in almost brand new condition. I have a friend who swaps her clothing for store credit here often, and I let her go through the remaining items, and she was shocked to see what they didn’t take, so we did an experiment: she added my items to her bag, went into the store the following week, had a YOUNGER girl look at them, and almost all of my remaining items were accepted. That stuff was less than a year old. It was still in style and was barely worn. The younger employees seem to have a better grasp on how to curate for their clientele, as this store generally caters to a younger crowd. Keep that in mind when you go there. I’ll give the place an extra star because you CAN find some decent deals in there, and I will likely go in there to peruse, but I won’t take any clothes in ever again unless I know I’ll get the right employee to look over them. (PS— You guys had Lauren Conrad on the racks. That is a Kohl’s exclusive brand.)

I don't normally leave reviews, but I'll try and save someone else. Since half a star isn't an option I have to give them one. I took a basket in with probably 50 items, from the time I checked in until the time I left I was probably there a total of 5 minutes. The girl called me up and said they were sorry they couldn't take a single item. Theres no qay she looked through ALL my folded items. If she had she would have seen 2 items on the bottom that were brand new with tags from Target.
Apparently everything was older than 3 years. I don't shop here because they are overpriced in my opinion, but I was hoping to make a few bucks.

INSTEAD OF simply advertising that they buy , there should be clarity that they buy items appealing to youth they told my friend and things not outdated. MORE SPECIFICALLY I THINK THEY WANT LARGELY DESIGNER NAMES. I will NEVER go back again attempting to sell anything. Smart business might well be more public about WHAT THEY WILL BUY,

I finally made my first (long overdue) trip into the store today. It was an absolute pleasure! The store is clean and beautifully organized with staff that is attentive and engaged with their clientele. While my daughter tried on clothes, my son played and game with the clerks and me as I browsed. The prices are great for clothing in great shape. We happened to be in for Dollar Days and it was great. I paid “full price” for two items, and for the same amount my daughter got two pairs of jeans, two shirts, and two pairs of shoes. All less than $40! That’s great!

We will be back in periodically to see what new items have arrived. Thank you for your kindness and the great clothes!

This place does look nice, but if you cross check the prices of what they have vs the same thing brand its the same or even higher prices.. like some shoes we looked at, brand new $39.99 there price was $45.99.. like are you kidding me? Why pay new price for used clothing? Go to good will....

Absolutely love this store! Everything is organized and easy to find based on size and color. Prices are cheap too! They offer discounts and deals all the time in top of the low prices. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful, as well. Overall, excellent shipping experience... Every single time I go. ❤️

Alissa ( Green hair) and a young man named Richy, were absolutely wonderful to my family and I. They helped us navigate the store, as it was our first time there. They even gave our daughter a sticker, and lolipop. They were upbeat, present, helpful, and all around a pleasure. Thanks to them, we will definitely be coming back! 🌼
