The Urbana team is always so friendly and welcoming! A few weeks ago I brought my daughter in and one of the employees made her a little wrapping paper note book. My daughter has been carrying it around for weeks. Always the best service and beautiful products!

When in the Kierland area, (Scottsdale Quarters) you have to stop by UrbAna. I walked in not knowing what I would find, and walked out with amazing gifts for friends, family and even myself. They carry things that you will not find in any other store. Worth the trip to see it! Unique things for your home, candles, dishes, rugs, furniture... so much more. they even carry wine! It is so fun, so unexpected. The staff greets you with a huge smile...Ask for Allie! She was full of passion and knowledge...and when we were done, she and her staff gift wrapped everything in beautiful bags and tissue. I walked away feeling so happy and excited!

My husband and I were at the Quarters yesterday and stopped in at UrbAna’s to look for wedding gifts and a birthday gift for a 1yr old. What an adorable store, light, bright, fun with classy home goods and amazing gift items. It is such a “FEEL GOOD” store. Can’t wait to return again. We were greeted by 3 staff Ashley, Logan & Aleisha. All three were delightful, engaging, and extremely helpful. We successfully put together an adorable wedding package filled with all kinds of goodies: Mr. & Mrs champagne flutes, Home Sweet Home tea towels, “Cheers” napkins, a beautiful Vegan Cookbook. The team wrapped it up beautifully for us. Amazing gift wrap!! Can’t wait to give it to the bride & groom. It is so beautifully packaged. :). They have amazing cookbooks, beautiful cheese boards and an asst of cheese knives that coordinate beautifully with the boards. We were also successful in finding a darling Arizona Baby Book for the 1yr old’s birthday. We left feeling really good about our UrbAna’s experience. Thanks for the wonderful shopping day. Can’t wait to return again. We wish you all the best.

I always love stopping by Urbana. The aesthetic is immaculate and it always smells so good in there thanks to their amazing candles and scents. I can always find something cute for a gift, no matter the occasion. Staff are friendly, helpful, and fun to talk to. Looking forward to urbAna's expansion!

I recently went into urbAna to get a birthday gift. I returned the next day to purchase more of the item I bought the day before but the store was out of stock and offered to bring them in from their other local store. Two days later I called to check the status of the items only to learn they had written down my # wrong and instead of waiting even a day to see if I would call, they put them out in the store and they were sold. Not the end of the world but also not good customer service considering it was their error.
