First time here. Very impressed with the vast variety of Middle Eastern foods. They even have a deli, pizza oven, butcher shop and prepared sandwiches to go. If you are looking for items from the Middle East you should check this out. Did not discover any organic produce, though. Recommended if you are looking for ME foods!

First and foremost I’m not sure if certain employees have not been taught customer service or just common sense, but when speaking to a customer, keep in mind that you should speak with respect. At the end of the day if you don’t want to be working, don’t show up! Female staff member in the bakery area had the absolute worst attitude. Clearly she did not look pleased to be there. Customers are paying for what they’re buying, they are privilege to purchase items.

If i can i would give 0 star to this store , cause its not the first time that i got bad stuff from them and on top of that they are pricey.i tried to give them a chance by keep shopping from them to see if they may change but it seems they did not ?.i got this parsley from them last week and i bought few of them and its was loaded with these worms inside every single branch of it cause they were old and they try to get rid of by selling them to people . I don’t recommend this store to anyone at all and i’m not gonna be back there anymore i will try another middle east stores in the area like North park or Harvest stores cause i heard they are better than them.

It was this store that I used to enjoy going to till I asked the clerk once about Halal and he said, "Nothing Is Halal Here." Alright, so this is how you handle Muslims who make up the majority of your clientele? I'll never shop at this store again because of their obvious prejudice for the Muslim community.

The people that used to work here years ago were really nice. Now the staff at the Registers and the so called manager on the evening shift are so rude. They have no customer service skills They are not welcoming at all They barely even want to talk to the customers. They think so high of themselves. Horrible Horrible customer service. The worst one is tge manager.

Be careful, guys. Whenever you buy Iraqi Samoon in bags, I bought one today and then found that they are mixing new fresh and old dey once in the same bag. You need to check every single one in the plastic bag to be sure they are all new fresh.
