Today the technician from Valley hot Spring spa came to my house and I had a kinked hose. He is the nicest person you could ever meet and knew everything about my spa. He fixed it in a jiffy and now it works better than ever. I highly recommend this company and this technician whatever they’re paying him it’s not enough. He is not only good at what he does but he is a wonderful person, I highly recommend valley Hot Spring spas, and the gentleman that came to my house today is indeed a credit to the company and to all of us thank you very much Valley Hot Springs spa in Murieta.
I also love this Cal Spring spa. It works great and I’m always happy when I get in there and when I get out, I always feel great. Thanks for everything valley Hot Spring spa.

First of all, Gabriel outstanding customer service, knowledge, and genuine care for your consumers. My wife had a stroke and is still in a wheelchair so we had specific needs that we needed in a spa. We ended up with the deck series "EL Grande". We asked a lot of questions and concerns. The team answered every one of them with NO pressure sales. They recommended the electrician and the concrete
contractors that were spot on for our needs. The installation from start to finish was exceptional. Communication from Gabriel and the contractors made a big project into a manegeable one that came out exceptional. Also, I love the free water tests and the recommendations to make sure my spa water is right. Again, thanks for making this customer happy. We did shop around and felt valley spas had the best product and customer service in town.

I had multiple issues with my hot tub and wasn't able to determine the cause or extent of what replacement parts I needed, even after reviewing tons of youtube videos. I called valley hot springs to get a service tech to check out my spa (tiger river bengal from 2001, so an older model), they connected me with Lorenzo who serviced my spa and fixed everything. Lorenzo was great super knowledgeable and helpful. He was honest on what I needed and wasn't trying to upsell me on parts or other things I didn't need. It was a great experience for me and he was able to fix my hot tub in 10 and save me money!

I thought i had to purchase $600 worth of equipment but Lorenzo was able to diagnose the correct issue and it only required $50 of replacement parts, saving me over $500 by not purchasing an unnecessary parts.

The hot tub is back up and running great, like new.

This is the second time Lorenzo has helped fix the tub and the work has been top notch!

Literally, there is no one else you should use for your service to a spa. Other than Lorenzo at valley hot springs, he is the real deal!

Our hot tub quite working after 18 years, and we can't live without it! We went to Valley Hot Springs to get a new one. We had a new hot tub within two days delivered and installed!

I had a problem with my Sundance spa getting an error and the control panel not working so I called Valley Hot Spring Spas. They sent out Lorenzo to fix it. He was very polite and gave me the worst case scenario so I wouldn’t be surprised. It turned out to be the best case with only a $40 part needing replacement! Lorenzo is the best!
