The salesman, Phil, was great. However, the cashier was extremely rude. She asked if their was enough money on my credit card to purchase my furniture. I hope this isn't the level of customer service standard that Value City thinks will keep their customers who have been shopping with them for years.

Bought a recliner. The salesperson was great! She let us shop and we found her when we needed her. She took great care of us, got us a great deal and arranged our delivery. I'm sorry to say our delivery has been rescheduled. We're not waiting more than 6 weeks for our chair. I'm really not very happy and I'm considering going somewhere else. Update: we ended up going somewhere else for our recliner because of the delays with our purchase. If you purchase here, make sure it's in stock before you purchase.
