I bought an electric fan from this location and it turned out to be junk. The staff here are useless if they can’t simply plug in a device and check it. Also, to compound matters I was told by the manager that there’s absolutely no refunds just store credit. This place is ran by corporate greed.

Will sometimes find a treasure but prices are getting out of control. It’s not like the merchandise is coming from the lower 48.

Came in here last week, as the staff was putting clothes on the rack, I saw one of the ladies tilt one of the clothes on one end they brought back to storage. One of the reasons you can’t find anything is bcos the workers themselves are keeping items for themselves.

I love value village! I love the fact that they prevent things from filling up landfills and give us the opportunity to re-purpose useful items. Every now and again I'll see something in the store that I know was donated for free that they are asking the same price as I could buy it new elsewhere, I try not to be very grouchy about it and just pass on those things. It's like a treasure hunt for the bargains. Today the bargain was this giant, unabridged, Websters dictionary. $4.99... every household needs a good dictionary.... this is one more than foots the bill!
