Just stopped on my way home for thanksgiving and I meant to ask the ladies name who was working. She was nothing but sweet and beyond helpful! Helped me until I found the perfect toy for my wife ? thank you so much! This place has an amazing selection of toys!!

The staff is super friendly. I've never seen or heard them be rude to anyone. I've watched them explain items to customer in a very detailed and professional manner. They always make me feel so welcome. They work hard to keep things clean also. Do wish the theatre area was larger, and more video booths, but fir the size of the building, it's a great experience. It's a must stop for me when I'm on home time

Despite the negative reviews ( apparently there is drama with a chain store competitor) we decided to stop by and check it out. The staff was super welcoming and helpful and seemed to enjoy their job, how could you not? The store was not only well stocked with a huge variety of items but nicely organized. Just for fun we checked out the adult theater and as a woman I can say it was clean, not intimidating and the other patrons went out of their way to make us newbies feel comfortable. We will definitely stop in again
