Going through a remodel. New owner gutted the buildings. Floor plans are updated, and everything is new. Including 2 new buildings. As things finish, I will post more photos.

Apartments are fully renewable, have stainless steel dishwasher, fridge, stove and microwave oven. Also, they are fixing the yards and adding a playground for the kids and a community center. The old apartments were in bad shape but they have new owners that are making everything according to a safe standards .

This place is horrible! Absolutely no landscaping (that's why they show the back of the building, not the front), Buildings are filthy, falling apart, stairs and balconies are very unsafe and close to falling over. How can they let people live here? This place needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
