Best bike shop! I have been to various bike shops across the mid west and south west and they are the best that I’ve come across. My shifting and breaks felt like new after having my Rock Hopper tuned.
I did a group ride and the owner and mechanic were with and I also hung out and chatted with each for a few hours. These are guys that are contributing to their community and love the sport. I wish this was my home town. They are super friendly and are good with kids 👍👍 five stars!

My husband and I had a rad experience with the Verde Valley Bike co. We rented two electric gravel bikes which perfectly suited our needs for biking around the area and on a few gravel paths in the redrocks. We received excellent personalized service and got some good tips on areas to check out that were off the beaten path. The bikes were in mint condition and we were given helmets and a lock along with our rental. We will definitely rent here again.

Best bike store anywhere! Zac and Rama are so passionate, knowledgeable, professional, friendly and courteous. I thought they owned the shop they care so much about what they do. The service at Verde Valley Bicycle always goes above and beyond to put the customer first and make you feel like you are their only and most important client. On vacation in Cottonwood. Camping at Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Rented 2 mountain bikes from Zac and Rama, on second to last day of our trip. In hindsight we should have rented bikes on day one. They made exploring the park and town much more fun! Zac and Rama are friendly and helpful. Go see them. They can help you with ALL things bicycle.

Hands down this has to be the greatest bike shop I’ve ever been too. Gregg Zack and everyone there are so kind and responsive. I got hit by a car and totaled my old mongoose. They found a bike they could fix up for me for cheap. Decided to just get a new one. We ordered it that day. Came in a few days later and they rushed the assembly for me since it’s my only transportation.
My chain broke and I called them, they said to bring it in for a warranty repair. ❤️ best bike shop ever and great people. Makes my commute to rooster and my other restaurants so much better. Thanks again!!!!

Bought my first bike from them years ago when in high school. Was a nice little bmx style cruiser. Fast forward a couple years and my next bike purchase I already knew where to do. Bought a Trek Marlin 5 and got it on a nice deal. Fast forward to last year and I bought a e bike for commute purposes. Even with the changing times they were up to date on how to operate and work on my bike. We all know living here in the Southwest that bull heads are a terrible curse on cyclists and their tires, with that being said I’ve always gotten my bike fixed, tested and ready as soon as possible a so use it for communion in town with work. Love this bike shop and will continue to go here for years to come. When my sons are ready for a real bike I will be taking them here for something great!
