I do a lot of business with the Restore. Both form my own home & my staging business. For the best furniture items you have to know their donation pickup days & be there late afternoon or it will be sold before you have a chance to look. They are good about letting you pay for items & hold them until you can arrange for pickup.

Checked the Restore website before I went to pick up some paint for the garage. Website said 20% off of $50 dollars or more for Senior day. They gave me only 10% off saying the website had been taken over by a new company. Manager refused to make it right, horrible customer service to someone who has given thousands in donations to them. This is not about the money it’s about doing right by your loyal customers. Fix the website if it’s wrong, quit making excuses.

Don’t make the mistake of trusting their POSTED hours. It’s dishonest. They close the Barn 5 minutes earlier and start turning the lights out while you’re in the main store prior to their POSTED closing time! The least they could do is adjust the posted closing time so one can shop the store like any other store.

This place used to be amazing they had anything and everything that you could possibly want including the kitchen sink with amazing prices. But it seems that they taken a downhill approach to what they carry. The prices have gone through the roof on a majority of their building items. I will say that their furniture is priced very well though. I the same problem I have Goodwill is now that problem with habitat and that being the fact that they get their items for the most part completely donated for free and they put on an astronomical price tag on it.
