Mike is the man. Mike and his boss went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of, offering advice on my system setup, beating prices from competitors, and calling every store in the area to find stock for my item. Highly recommend buying from Video Only for your next TV + audio system!

Video only is a store that specializes (you guessed it) in video related stuff. It’s 2023 so basically TV’s my dude.

Anyway the only mountain view is located right next to costco and their prices are usually $50-$150 cheaper than Costco. The obvious difference is Costco’s warranty, so if you don’t want the 3 year warranty then Video Only store is for you!

Always ask for help here as their display prices might not be reflected properly as they fluctuate.

The sales associates are fantastic people and easy to talk with so definitely check them out!

Keep in mind that I have nothing against (most) of the employees because the sales man that helped me find a tv was extremely helpful with his inputs. The only thing that could've been better was how the TV was installed into my house. The receipt did mention assembly, but it never stated that the delivery wasn't allowed to assemble it onto the wall.

I also noticed that the employees were not allowed to sit down at all and were forced to stand throughout the entire day. This is extremely abusive to the workers and would make the management liable for workplace abuse. The management also didn't care because one of the higher up men there made a snarky comment to one of the employees complaining about being forced to stand all day with no breaks.

Not only that, but the delivery man who was sent out to my house was fine at first by showing me how to operate the TV. Now, I thought at the time he was allowed to assemble the tv onto the wall because the receipt had us already pay for assembly, and it never specified what wasn't allowed.

However, his behavior was completely out of line by constantly putting the new tv up and down from the wall that we had him do because he hated being asked if credit cards were accepted for his extra service that was (supposedly) not part of the original receipt. My dad and I kept arguing with this delivery man while he kept getting even angrier no matter what we said. So my dad essentially bribed him with a $100 bill to put the tv back where it was before he took it down. After being extorted, he put the tv back up and stormed off.

With how belligerent he kept getting, I'm inclined to believe he's a schizo. No one gets that angry over miscommunication about a receipt unless they're sick in the head, and/or if they have something to hide.

So not only are the employees being treated unfairly in the store by not being allowed to take breaks sitting down, but the people in charge didn't even bother to properly check what kind of people are delivering the tvs to their customers.

TLDR; The salesman who helped my dad and I pick a tv out was a good man, but the schizophrenic delivery man we had to deal with and the management is just awful. Some of the worst I've ever seen. It makes CVS, an understaffed nightmare, like a paradise by comparison. I'm not going to waste my time here again. I hope the salesman finds somewhere else to work at like a Best Buy or something because he deserves better than this sinking ship he's slaving away at.

The video store had an amazing setup for comparing sizes, brands and technologies which helped me narrow down to the exact TV I wanted.

I liked how they have comparable models lined up next to each other, so you know what you're paying extra for.

The sales professional, Fred was very helpful and patient in letting me go through all the options and was quite knowledgeable about the options present as well. I would definitely recommend this place

Doug is the best. Knowledgeable, highly communicative, and will definitely help you get the best deal on upgrading your home theater system.

He was patient with me with all of my questions about what sound bar to pair with what TV. He sent me a handful of recommendations and gave me time to look them over and get back to me.

I ordered from him and ended up changing my order twice, and he handling everything swiftly and professionally.

Great employee and great store. I will be buying from them again if I ever need another TV and I highly recommend going here for your new setup!

We did some internet shopping for a new TV with Best Buy, Costco and Video only. The prices at Video Only seemed very competitive so we took the drive to the Mountain View store. We were met by the store manager. Doug. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very patiently guided us through the the different TV choices. We got an excellent price on the TV we selected. The icing on the cake was the ability to turn in the old TV. Highly recommended.

Doug Pauley...is the man. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Came in needing a new 83in TV. Doug explained all the various brands and the Pros/Cons between Samsung, LG, Sony. Offered up some amazing prices and warranties as well. Ended up getting the LG 83in QLED TV + Sound Bar, etc. Used to go to Best Buy but, definitely coming here in the future for all my TV needs for sure. Pretty legit place. Thank you.
