Living in New Cumberland just across the river from Harrisburg this place has been added to my destinations. (Gold Wing)
It’s exactly what I look for when riding. I got a large Coal Cracker, WOW!
They have a great selection of chips and drinks as well as other goodies.
Real nice roads nearby too.
If you ride and you love a great sandwich, this is it. - ‘

Subs are huge! Filled with meat! You won't walk away hungry,that's for sure. They offer homemade soups,desserts, and other items that can be found in the refrigerators.. It's not an eat in establishment. To look around the inside, you will see lots of antiques. Really interesting pieces of history.

I’ve been coming here for years always had good food but the workers at night or just ignorant order turkey and cheese. They gave me smoked turkey just because and I heard the lady say it if I wanted smoked turkey then I would’ve asked for smoked turkey and my son likes mustard they want and put honey mustard on it instead of regular mustard. The workers just don’t care.

My husband stopped by and ordered us two Regular Hoagies. I am from the area generally and have heard people talk about the subs from Vine Street and how good they are. They did not disappoint. I thought the meat was placed oddly, but I made it work. They actually had pickled jalapenos, which seems hard to find these days. The portion size was large for the price. The buns were uniquely amazing. I'd say it's the best hoagie you're going to get in this area for $5!

The food is almost always perfect. This time the young woman that waited on me was very nice and she was friendly. Made me glad I stopped. I wish they would carry some holiday favorites.

I’m never going to trust food from this place again or any of the pizza places in the area, except for Shickatanoes.

This was the first time my husband and I ate here. We got the Turkey and cheese cold hoagies, Big Ben’s white birch beer and Kettle cooked Middleswarth chips. We grabbed our hoagies and sat outside at 1 of the 2 tables they had out for customers. This hoagie shop is located on the corner of Vine street in Mt Carmel Pa and its easy to find. This place is also very cute and nostalgic. The prices are reasonable and remember it’s a 16 inch hoagie NOT a 12 inch like most other places have. They have a nice variety of hot and cold items to choose from. They also sell other items to go such as Mac salad, soups, homemade cheese, meat sticks etc. They have a small assortment of old fashion candy and a variety of chips and drinks. We would definitely recommend this place.

Not sure what happened today but the worst order I've had. Everything was overcooked. Cheese steak was so dry I could barely eat it. Also please teach your employees how to add mayo to a sub, they've never once actually put mayo on my sub, ever, and I ask for it every single time. Drove all the way from shamokin for it too.
