I don't write a lot of reviews -- but after reading the one or two negative ones on here I must chime in:

These guys are classy, knowledgeable, and very friendly. In addition, they stand behind their product. I returned an expensive bottle of white burgundy for being corked -- no issues/they provided a replacement bottle without question.

This is an amazing shop with a super cool vibe and an amazing selection of both rare/hard to find stuff with the everyday staples thrown in. Ask for a recommendation, they have your back. Definitely worth checking out.

Norman is a Gem always friendly and knowledgeable he’s helped me match buying conundrums by simply describing personalities for corporate business gifting. This store was bought by Mill Valley Markets and has some wonderful wine and spirits. They carry Arkenstone the fabulous hand crafter wine from Napa Valley. Lots of great gift ideas here. I was helped by Norman who knows everything to ensure the perfect gift. When you buy something here it feels so special! Wonderful store.

The least pleasant person I have encountered in retail. Such a cool shop but wow, the guy who owns or works there, is shockingly rude. He rang up the person incorrectly in front of me and then started SWEARING at the person when they noticed they were charged incorrectly.
I have never seen anything like it and honestly feared for the safety of everyone in there.

Very disappointed with the level of service here.

I dropped in to see if they had a particular brand of rum, which was meet with a very unfriendly response. I was told to go around the corner to the supermarket, in a tone that suggested to me, and the 2 other people I was with, that I was not worthy to be in this "upmarket" shop.

I did explain that the rum i was looking for is usually around $300 a bottle and unlikely to be found in a supermarket, which was meet with a shrug of the shoulders.

Very strange experience, will not ever return there - especially as it seems they judge people upon entry.

The only place I go to get a real, delicious bottle of wine. Customer service is outstanding every single time. They always have excellent recommendations and are so knowledgeable about the wines they choose. They put so much care into each and every interaction with their customers, this place is truly a gem.

The selection here is really fun: a lot more variety than what you may normally see in NorCal given how close we are to Sonoma and Napa. In particular I really liked their France and Italian selection. A decent selection across all price points but it seems like their sweet spot is $30-50 bottles.
