Worth the visit! If you’re the type of person that really appreciates a good olive oil and good balsamic vinegar? This is your place. The products are fair priced and there’s some thing for every budget. Go taste some good olive oils. I would say service was lacking but not too bad.

They have a great selection of olive oil and vinegar, but the service was slightly lackluster. The cashier continued to attend to an individuals at the front,(looked like an acquaintance) but failed to greet my friend and I until we had amassed nearly $50 in items and approached her at register. The white truffle olive oil was slightly overpriced, but was worth the money. The interior was clean, but I was hoping to see the attendant wipe down the counters after someone took a sip of olive oil near the spigot.

I came in earlier today (11/16) and ended up leaving with more than what i came for. The selections great and i dont really know much about different oils but the girl that was inside i think her name was audrey or Aubrey was helpfull. Ill more than likely end up comin back to stock up for the holidays.

Ordered online and my wife loves these oils but mostly the balsamic vinegar. It is hard to find all the flavors they have and still working on her favorite. Ordered for a gift and they were late in shipping but made up for it very well. Seems like real people work there and they understand that customers are for life not one order. I will definitely be reordering soon (and we bought the big bottles).

Unlikely to shop there ever again. Shortsighted when it comes to local customer service and a simple $10 concern. In fairness it was a rule, but a silly one when it comes to a packaged good and there was no information regarding all sales being final. Maybe they are just in it for tourist money. Consider Il Fustino as a more local friendly alternative!

In addition, any equipment you would need in the kitchen related to pasta or Olive Oil, they have your back. It’s a plus that you can try all of their Olive Oil options in order to know which one to purchase. The lady behind the cash register was very welcoming and helpful too. After purchasing the BLACK TRUFFLE INFUSED OLIVE OIL, the lady gave us the link to their website to order more online.

I have bought the best balsamic vinegars at Viva Oliva. The salesperson was great, introduced me to new flavors. The Grapefruit White Balsamic is wonderful on salads.
