Initially there was a problem.. I asked for an estimate and the Work was completed without first getting an estimate or my consent. However after very short conversation I received the work for half price and a 12-month warranty, which is very pleasing to me. overall great customer service and I'm so far pleased with the work that was done.i would recommend this place.

Went to have a link taken out of my watch. Took 5 minutes. Fit is perfect now. Extremely friendly and polite. Also saw a coin that I had to have, got a great price. Looked it up on eBay to compare prices and Voski gave me the best deal I could have got, even online. I feel they are an honest business which is hard to come by, been around for years. I will be back to have other jewelry fixed and to look at that silver coin collection again. Thanks Voski.

I had 2 bracelets that needed closure repairs: one delicate, sentimental piece needed a replacement small claw clasp and the other piece needed a replacement closure with a smaller hole to ensure that it doesn’t fall off. I’m very pleased with their professional and timely repairs and would gladly use their services.

I've been a customer for well over a decade. I've bought watches, necklaces, silver rounds and gold dipped roses from them. I patronized both of their locations including the store on McDade before it closed. I always brought my watches to them for batteries or repair. My last visit I brought 4 watches with me for batteries. They charged me $25/watch citing the batteries came with a "warranty". Absolutely ridiculous for a battery replacement. I understand that inflation is a factor, but $25/watch is steep.

Stopped by the best jewelers in delco for a routine cleaning of my engagement ring and wedding band. Looked into upgrading my set and was greeted with a very informative young lady, she took a necklace of mine I also had with me and sent it away to have it fixed at the broken clasp. That was a simple exchange & made my trip there very nice . I have been going to them for close to 5 years now, my family directed my now husband then fiancé to go there and make his purchase for our engagement.

I’ve purchased a couple pieces of jewelry for my wife here, and she has loved them both. When the bracelet I got her 3 years ago had a problem with the clasp recently, i took it back and they fixed it by the next business day. Fast, friendly and good prices.

My review was about the girl who took my chain. It was about the attitude and words used like “ to each their own”. I found her unprofessional and didn’t appreciate it. I know the feedback was all about the chain and chosen clasp . This girl had her phone going off which she checked and I didn’t appreciate that. She “forgot” about adding the pieces to the clasp but fortunately I worked in jewelry and requested to see spring rings and then she realized all the needed parts.
Regardless, less attitude and better communication would have been preferred.
Love the store and have used it for years! John and Gary have been awesome and helpful‼️
