This is a very unique store that offers far beyond beef jerky. It is a gourmet speciality store offering all sorts of snacks from the sea and from the land, sweet and savory, prepared using traditional method.
Definitely worth visiting if you want some fun and healthy snacks, or something to go with a nice afternoon drink. Forget about the boring chips and the boring American kind beef jerky. The store is full of treasure.

I got the beef jerky, the dried squid and the honey walnut, love them all. It was a difficult decision because there are so many options!

Fun little shoppe with lots of dried/pickled fruit, tea, and jerky. They give you a tea sample when you step in, very nice saleswomen. So far tried the olives and Rose. Loved the olives, the roses were a fun experience, an interesting fruity and floral flavor.

This little shop has been my go-to for fresh preserved olives, ginger, plum, and orange peel. They make great gifts — I usually purchase by half or whole pound, as prices are listed per pound.

Why didn’t I step into this store sooner? It’s true that you won’t be able to buy in quantities under half a pound. But the goods are so delicious that you’ll be glad you didn’t go home with less. Delicious and high quality, we left with many goodies.

When we asked what the price of a candy was, the lady instead started filling a large bag full of it and tried to charge us for it. We told her we didn't want so much so she tried to sell us a slightly smaller portion. After telling her again we didn't want so much, she told us they don't sell smaller. When we decided to leave, she called us stingy on our way out.

Extremely pushy and rude lady. Would not recommend.

I had bad experiences with this store (not only this location) before, but yesterday two Shanghaiese ladies changed my mind.

The snacks here you can say a little bit pricey, but I think they worth it since they do have a lot of varieties and some of them are hard to find a replacement. I love the plums, and got some olives as well yesterday. This store has been trying to push customers buy more than they want, and is dishonest when charging sometimes. They used to fulfill the bag without listening your call and weigh them not under your watch. But these two ladies were so nice, and give me exactly what I want. They also weighed and counted the price when the weight was steady while I was watching it.

They are the salesperson I expect to see when I go shopping. One star down for the price and other sales which I hope I won’t happen to see them again.

they got good stuff, but the pushy sales stratagy make me want to stay away. kind of like a scam.

One lady on here is very pushy. She even say bad things behind me after I tried a few samples. The overall service is pretty bad. Highly not recommend.
