Wachter’s is simply wonderful. I have incredible social anxiety and I consider it to be one of my “safe” places. Katie, Lorrie, Belle & the rest of the staff are welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. If they don’t have what you need they can either find you an alternate or will try and get it for you. I love them!!

Wachter’s is on Ojai institution! The staff is warm and very helpful and knowledgeable. I order dog kibble monthly, as well as treats from the store. I’m also a regular, visiting with my dog to walk around and they always have a treat for her. It’s one of her favorite places in town. The gift shop is super cute and charming too. Highly recommend!

Love Wachters! Friendly and very informative people who work here. Gotten sound recommendations for everything from tapeworm pill for our cat, to shavings for our bunny. Our children have gotten their first fish here with their grandpa ❤️ Appreciate their prices for food and hay. Convenient landscaping supplies and super cute shopping section too! Not to mention the irresistible caramels at the counter. Thanks for being a staple in our community, Wachters!
