The young blonde at the pharmacy, named Kelcey or Chelsea, is one of the rudest people I have ever met in any store!!!! I I thought maybe she was just having a bad day; however, after looking at the reviews, I see, she's always rude! I'm not the first person she was rude to. I was told to ask someone at the pharmacy for a key to the restroom and I ask the first person I saw. Unfortunately, she was bothered by this. She had a huge attitude. As she was unlocking the door, I asked her if she was having a good day. She, rudely, answered "yes" with a look like she hated me! I said " I can tell". She then replied, "I was going to ask you the same thing", with a huge attitude. I let that slide. She opened the door and as she was leaving she slammed the door! I don't mean shut hard... She slammed the door shut! I exited the restroom immediately and said "excuse me, does this door slam on it's on when you shut it?" She then replied with with an attitude, " yes, sometimes." Of course, I fact check that and the door doesn't slam, at all, when shut on it's on. I couldn't even use the restroom because there was used products left in the toilet. I did not even attempt. I went to the pharmacy and explained to Bryan, who was in charge, what happened. He said he would handle it. I doubt be did because, evidently, this little girl with an attitude, who works at the pharmacy, has a history of treating people terribly. She needs to working somewhere she doesn't have to interact with people!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy EVER! Do yourself a favor and get your prescriptions sent to any other pharmacy than this one. They have messed up my prescriptions too many times. August 14th I went in to pick up a prescription i had to start that had been pending for two days. I spoke to an older woman who told me that it wouldn’t be ready till the next day, but I told her I had to start it that night. A young blonde employee butted in and said that she could have it ready for me in twenty minutes. Five minutes later she had it ready, and said that I should take said medicine with a full glass of water and with a meal, or it would hurt my stomach. This confused me because I knew I was sent in a suppository medication, so I asked her if it was a suppository and she assured me it was to be taken orally and that it was definitely not a suppository. When I got out to the car I checked the instructions just to make sure because I knew I wasn’t supposed to have an oral medication. You can see for yourself the incomprehensible instructions. My husband went back in to get clarification that it was still not a suppository, and an older employee seemed shocked and told us that it was in fact a suppository. She then asked if I had any peanut allergies, because the young blonde employee did not ask us. How does this happen? How are your employees not trained enough to know to change the prescription instructions OR even know what they are giving to a patient? This is inexcusable behavior that could have really harmed me, and makes me wonder how often these mistakes are happening.

I just left this Walgreens in Fultondale. The clerk in the pharmacy was very rude and very unprofessional. She was explaining why I got some type of discount last time I had this particular prescription filled. She got ver irritated ans gave me my prescription back and told me they will not be filling my prescription. I will be reporting her to corporate. I did not deserve this treatment ..

I went here to get a prescription filled and the window attendant (Kelsey) got rude and disrespectful. I go there two or three a month for my mother and I've never been treated like that.

I have used this pharmacy since it opened as Rite Aid. The people change but they have all been friendly, the store is always clean, and they usually fill my prescription within 30 minutes. Sometimes the drive thru is slow but it is the customers, not the employees, that cause the problem by asking a lot of questions, not being ready when it’s their turn, etc.

Love this store, another reason why I moved all my scripts here. The pharmacy staff is wonderful. I would have given 5 stars, but someone on the pharmacy staff made me feel like all the other chain pharmacy places do. Like an inconvenience, just a number and maybe judgemental of my med. She's having me rethink going somewhere else now. Very rude and demeaning, talks to you like a child.
