I would like to start by saying this was a favorite local pit stop for me on my way to work and at time during breaks for gas/ snacks and the occasional beer/ wine. I work nights and have had major issues with a particular employee you have on your night shift to include but not limited to just abhorrent customer service. To began I have been denied the ability to put gas on atleast two occasions. They are frequently homeless people hanging around, when he is on shift. Often time the odor of not work friendly substances linger in the air around when he is on shift just tired of the overall funny buisness and games I have no interest in playing. Todays interaction was my last straw you have now lost my buisness after I let him know to his face he is the worst employee I have ever experienced at your location.and don’t bother getting back to me I don’t care I’m done.

You will not find a more friendly staff then you will hear at shell. Every single person who works there has any amazing attitude and a smile on their face and are very efficient. The store is clean but most of all and most important the staff is amazing.

Great neighborhood gas station and mini mart. Good selection of snacks, drinks, beer and wine. The automated car wash is a bonus too.

It's Sep.9 and a $200 hold amount since Aug.31st is still reflected on my AmericanExpress card!

I go here about once a month for gas and/or a car wash.

The car wash is usually decent, just needing some drying here and there, this is expected for a self-serve setup.

Today, soap was left on my hood and trunk after rinse and "dry". Basically, I needed to wipe down my entire car to avoid spots.

I took a picture of my hood before I wiped my car down to show the staff. They wanted to see my car, which I explained was already wiped down and clean. This is why I took pictures.. They effectively told there was nothing they could do, and that was that.

No empathy. No apology. Nothing as far as customer service goes. I wasn't demanding a refund, or really anything other than some attention. Maybe check your rinse cycle to make sure it's working correctly.. Ya think!

In summary:
Spend $70 on gas and a car wash and get no help or when something is not right.

I won't be back again for gas or a wash.

The carwash has little to be desired. Nozzles on the machine are spraying Strait up rather then at your car. Guaranteed it will miss the huge area by your mirror and the air will shutoff 20 seconds before the timer runs out. Check and see for yourself. Besides the area by the mirror it constantly misses the trunk and hood still had soap on it .

The gas was fine. But the car wash was terrible. The washing machine stopped working and instructed me to move out when my car was still full of foam. It didn't wash at all! Bad experience, wasted my 13 bucks.
