I went to Warby Parker based on recommendations from friends to get my first pair of glasses, and it was a great experience. Josh was super helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He has a great demeanor and was very personable which I appreciated. Made the whole process more enjoyable. I think I tried on eight different frames and he, and the rest of the staff all get their honest opinions which I was grateful for. In the end I got a great pair of frames/lenses for my first pair of prescription glasses and I can't wait to get them.

I was helped by Riley who was such an absolute delight. I told her the glasses I came in there thinking I was gonna like didn't end up working so she confirmed the Rosie for me and we both agreed the Bodie in clear would be a fun second pair for bifocals. I worked in retail for waaaaay too many years so always appreciate some good customer service and this was it! Though I was a quick customer (I always shop on a mission) she was a highlight of my day. Would absolutely recommend Riley and MDR Warby Parker to anyone!

This is the best Warby Parker in LA and maybe even the US. Carly and her staff make it so easy to find and purchase new eyewear. When I ordered my last pair of custom polarized sunglasses and received a product I was dissatisfied with, they made sure to assist with a quick and easy replacement. Not only did they make it right, they made sure it was zero hassle. I've purchased multiple sunglasses form this store and have always enjoyed my experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy new eyewear.

I came in as one of the screws on the right leg of my glasses had withered and fallen off. Joana and team were quick to assist. While I waited for Joana to repair the situation, the rest of the team helped answer my questions on an eye exam. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It was great and everyone was supportive. I look forward to returning for that eye exam now. Thanks!

Henry was an absolute superstar! He helped me find my insurance info and was super patient, he also helped me order my contacts!
The eye exam with the doctor also went really well, he paid a lot of attention to my questions and I felt very comfortable, so overall a great experience!

Love how my appointment that was scheduled months ago was cancelled because I didn't respond to a text "in time". It was cancelled 8 days out from my appointment. If I'm going to have to go through the struggle to schedule another appointment, I might as well do it with a provider who doesn't cancel my appointments on me.
