I took in my Brietling for a repair, Eddie worked his magic and it is like new. They have a great selection of watches with a fine jeweler that is able to give world class service. This is now my goto place for all my watch and jewelry needs.

This is my dads automatic watch that doesn’t need batteries but he brought it into this store and they said the price to fix it would be $200 and everything else was fine when my dad showed it to me before we brought it here and I moved the knob called the crown to change the time just trying to mess with it and I remember that because when my dad came to pick up his watch they said it works now but when he was walking away from the store he tried to change time and it wasn’t working, so he took it back and they told him oh well you need a new crown and that’ll be $75, we said what ? All we needed was a main spring since it was an automatic watch not a battery watch so he fixed one thing but broke something else so we can pay again instead of fixing his mistake and that’s unfair for my dad that he just really loved that watch and for these people to take advantage like that is not right

Just came here for a battery not knowing much about it and now I’m a huge fan!  They provide wonderful service and are very knowledgeable.  They even do jewelry cleaning which I didn’t know about til today.  I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.

Stopped by today. Great watches. However, know what your looking at. They had a used omega seamaster 300m, 210.30.42.20.03.001, great condition. The man was nice, did not know the price or if it had box and papers. A women came out and said it was $5,000 Saving money she said! Retail for new is $5600 thru omega, upstairs in the mall because i was just there, $4750 new thru jomashop. Of course with box and papers. Chrono24 avg is about $3500, used with B&P. Nice store. Just know what you looking at because she assumes you dont...

We recently went to Watch Works to get a new battery for my husband's Movado watch. We found that Eddie sizes rings too. In the end, we paid about $160 to size 2 rings, a gasket and a new battery for the watch, plus it only took a week to get the rings sized. I'm DEFINITELY going to recommend Watch Works to our family & friends. Thank you Eddie, you are appreciated😀

The customer service component was well done. I came in with a specific budget which limited my choices. I was able to find the exact chronograph I never knew I wanted. This store is great for anybody looking to add their first, tenth, and Nth watch to their collection.

Took a diamond Fendi watch that had a speciality band on it from original date of purchase over 10 years ago. I had been told by other watch repair/jewelry stores that the band could not be replaced as the hardware on the watch/band was not able to be removed without damage. I took it here and spoke with a very kind gentleman who said all I needed was to pick a new leather band and he could do it. He said I could purchase one of his or get my own. I opted to select my own as I was hoping for a metallic leather band and returned at a later date. When I returned two other men were there who weren't as knowledgeable or helpful so I left it for the mature man who originally helped me and seemed to be an expert at his craft. A few days later he called me and the watch was ready! It looks brand new and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend if you have any watch repair/replacement needs!
