These people know snowboarding. A snowboard shop that has stood the test of time with its products and knowledge. I’ve purchased many boots and outerwear items from here and they stand by their products. Great tuning bench in the back and incredible selection of snowboards and boots.

Okay so we are giving this store only 2 stars. The main reason is because we were up stairs and there was a short young lady up there that was grabbing things for another family and well we waited there for 30 minutes and she never once said anything to us. Did not even acknowledge that we were waiting. So we found finally said do you mind grabbing us a pair of boots in a size. We knew what we wanted and she just had to grab them. When we asked she said okay will do that. Well she came back a couple times and nothing. Finally she said I will get someone for you. So another girl came up which was amazing. Super nice and super knowledgeable of the product. She was amazing. I mean I know we only spent 800 dollars here but I mean that is still a lot of money to most people. We went to another place and bought 2 pairs of goggles and two helmets. We just were not going to spend anymore money here. Very sad. Now the shop has everything you would want. Huge selection of boards, sizes, boots , clothes, gloves and the list goes on. But the service was sad at best

Not really an outlet type of store but they have decent prices. 3 stars because after trying the hot wax that they do in house 2 times…. big bear/ palisades or your local shop is way better. . .

Went in to buy a new pair of boots to replace mine that broke in the mountain earlier in the day. Super Rude employees, made it seem like a nuisance that they had to pull boots for me to try on. So left and walked over to get outdoors 365 and bought a new pair of Salomon boots in like 10 minutes total in and out. Do yourself a favor and start there first. I at least felt good paying for boots from someone that actually wanted to help me.

I'm not usually one to write reviews but something has to be said. Extremely unhelpful employees. Went in there to get a demo set up and was treated as if I was a huge bother. We saw some jones skate tech bindings in the demo section and asked if I could get those, I was told that they don't have those for demos as I was staring at them. Won't be returning and hopefully this place has a change

Had an emergency and forgot to purchase a usb c to 3.5mm jack for my headphones and this store had it! Ended up purchasing some skull candies wireless blue tooth headphones with the strap around the ear. Patrick was cool enough to let me try them on to see if it would fit my full face MTB helmet. Most stores won't let you open electronics but I told them that I was for sure buying a pair. I just wanted to see what would fit.

Rude staff. Customer service was non existent. Tried to ask for a size of boots and employee acted like I was bothering him. Don’t bother spending your money here. We left and gave our business to Get Outdoors 365.
