When I called to cancel my subscription, I was expecting a painful process. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Ryza took my information, and in a very courteous and friendly manner, guided me through the process. I received my (pro-rated) refund in only 2 days. Kudos to Weiss Ratings, and to Ryza for creating such a positive experience!

I had a great experience on the phone with WEISS today. I rang with a complex problem around my access to the website. Janine was very helpful. She was patient, she explained exactly what she was doing and made me feel at ease and valued. She was efficient, she has a lot of knowledge of the WEISS products and website, and was polite and friendly and very effective. I was very impressed with her service.

Had a very good experience with Janine today to cancel my subscription to Ai Profit Machine. As a foundational member, it wasn't working for me with its outsized subscription cost, my limited retirement funds and its paltry returns. Janine backdated the cancellation to the date of my initial email and gave me a prorated credit for use in another product. She explained my other subscription renewal dates as well and I reviewed and made decisions about those, one to cancel, one to keep. She sent follow-up emails about these transactions. I am happy with Weiss's customer service.

Just wish I'd had a better experience with their products, that they were more transparent on their website to see status of your account, and to see the status of their recommendations, how stocks performed, all of which for me wasn't good. Ai Profit Machine was the worst. No transparency at all. I've noticed how some of their products will offer a full refund if you're not satisfied, others will only give you a credit, which indicates to me that they don't back their own products equally, even if you've given it a good trial, an indication to me now that you shouldn't bite if a service won't guarantee a refund if not satisfied. I don't know what I'll do with that credit now, and am kicking myself that I was drawn in by the promises of this expensive service that didn't perform. My great disappointment is matched in kind by the early excitement I had going in, that I finally would get the direction I needed. Wish I had that money back now that I never regained and kissed goodbye. An expensive lesson for sure.
