Purchase at your own risk from their website. No customer service. Placed order on 12/7, a week before their stated cutoff for xmas shipping and have not heard anything back from this place on status or tracking for order. Have tried reaching out through email and their website contact us to no answer.

My husband is from Grove City PA where WAF is located, and even though we live out of state we have continued to order from them over several decades. We recently had a postal service issue (not any issue with WAF) and our items were reported as delivered to our locked mailbox, which they were not. We were so disappointed and were in a time crunch to get them replaced. Our post office was no help whatsoever. WAF came through with flying colors by personalizing and sending out new items the same day by priority mail. We received them within 3 days! We cannot say enough about the pleasantness of Mary M, as well as the CEO's message, and their desire to help us out. Thank you also to all the staff there. So nice to do business with a company that cares about customer service and satisfaction even though the situation that had occurred was not even their fault.

On October 26, 20:4, we went to the flagship store which is the one you could watch them make the products that sat further down the road from Grove City Outlet Stores, and it has paper in the windows and a sign that said “We have moved! Visit in Grove City Outlets”. So I guess you can no longer watch them making the items?

I bought some beautiful Christmas ornaments from their online store. The quality and beauty are exceptional. I am an absolute ornament nut, so this is my new go to for our family and individual ornaments. Amazing little treasure right here in PA

While my son, his wife and their son were in town over the holidays, we stopped at Wendell August hoping for a tour for my grandson. One of the employees, Laurie, spotted us and offered to show us around. She was AMAZING!!! She engaged with my 12 year old grandson with such kindness, knowledge, thoughtfulness and encouragement, even letting him hammer out a souvenir to take home with him. We all agreed that our time there was an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Laurie! We also purchased some beautiful items from among the huge selection of gorgeous, hand crafted, wares.

Ordered a cross for my anniversary and they did a swell job. I used to live in Grove City and met employees, it is a great company with great people. The company is not only making products in the US but has tons of local history. You can watch them make stuff inside. Very happy with my cross as well as tons of other stuff I've purchased there.

When my mom and I moved to Pittsburgh, the very first thing they did was get us a Wendell August ornament to welcome us to the family - a tradition that now carries through every major life event for my family and friends, and a tradition I was proud to share with my partner during our first holiday season together. We had the pleasure of touring the forge this past weekend, one of the owners, Nick, gave us a personal tour 10 minutes before they closed, after he heard what their pieces meant to my family.

The love, care and craftmanship in each piece is so clearly evident, and is unique while still showcasing what Pittsburgh is all about. They are a true, family oriented, hardworking, and talented business, I cannot recommend them enough.
