I received exceptional service at Westcoast Auto Sales. I got a great deal on my car and Moe is a great salesperson. He initially greeted me within minutes of walking on the lot and he made my entire car buying experience fairly easy with no stress or concerns. The entire staff was very friendly.

Bought my first ever Tesla from West Coast Auto.
I know nothing about Teslas but this one has its warrantys so I felt comfortable taking it home. It was a great experience everyone was kind. We met first with Moe, and Joseph who were both amazing and helped me through the numbers and making sure I was happy with what I’m purchasing. Then lastly the financial man Christopher who was also amazing and reassured me through all the little questions I had while signing. I was using my preapproval with Navy Federal and he has also served(thank you!) and has the same credit union too so it was nice to know he understood the process. Overall I’m happy with my buy and happy with the service BUT they did not want to budge at all on the price and the car didn’t even come with the charger cord, the left side camera doesn’t work so I have to go get it serviced straight away, and when I initially walked away from the offer I had to come back because they didn’t give me back my license and lost my insurance paperwork for my other car amongst the negotiations.

I was desperately searching for an affordable minivan and found a great Honda Odyssey that someone traded in at Westcoast Auto Sales. I was driving from about 30 minutes away just for this vehicle so I called first to confirm it was there. I spoke to someone who was very professional and informed me he’d have the car ready for me to check out when I got there. Right after the phone call I received a reminder text for a tentative time and a link for directions. Upon arrival I could immediately see the vehicle was in front and ready for me to inspect and test drive. Jonathan helped us and was thorough in showing us the van and I was happy with the test drive, so we purchased it same day! The next day after exploring more of the features on the car we found some things that weren’t working properly so I called back to express my frustration, but they patiently listened to my concerns and encouraged me to bring the vehicle in to their service center. I went in shortly after, was taken care of immediately, and loving my new van! Great team here!
