This lady does an amazing job!!!! She makes sure I’m happy with what clothes I get and makes sure they fit. I love how she knows exactly what my taste in clothes is. I haven’t bought any clothes from anywhere else since I got my first outfit from her, I know there gonna fit the way I want. I’ve never been disappointed in anything I’ve gotten from her, I can ask about leggings and she knows what ones would work for me the best. As I call her my Angel adopted daughter love her bunches and I’ll keep buy my clothes and items from her.

I've been shopping from this boutique since it launched. Everything I've ever received was delivered fast, and I've never had to return anything! Customer service is A1 when it comes to the teamwork of Kelly Brown (owner) and her co-worker Peggy.
WEB has the best quality clothing and shoes as well as purses and accessories, including home goods as well. The laundry detergent is a must!! As a single mother of teen girls and a full-time job, I just remain blown away at the service I've received.
The best part is WEB caters to the large and curvy woman with fashionable styles, unlike most Boutiques that limit your options to a combination of "Mommas"family and "Madea." Yes, you can actually read in the description and the accurate size chart, and everything is a perfect fit when it arrives. If you haven't placed your order yet....what are you waiting for. If she doesn't have that particular purse, wallet, boots, and belts you've been searching for, reach out, and Kelly will work to get it or find the perfect one for you. There's probably nothing you can't from this boutique.

I have ordered several times from Kelly at Western Edge Botique, I have absolutely loved everything I have ever ordered. Her t-shirts are so buttery soft, they wash very well and they don't shrink. Her pants are just as comfortable. The shorts are so cute and comfortable. If you want stylish and super comfortable then this is your place!! 🫶

If I could give this company zero stars I would! Brutal communication, rarely responds to messages and if she does, she promises but never delivers or is real defensive. Tried to clear this up with her sending messages, but she chose to be defensive in 1 message and never responded to any of my follow up messages so I had no choice but to give her a poor review. Watching her lives, she definitely picks and chooses who she responds to which is her regular customers and doesn’t seem to want to expand her business with new clients. Many other companies offer the same products and actually care about their customers. Stay far away if you are new and watching her! GONG SHOW at its finest!!!!
