We had a very wonderful stay. Our shuttle driver Gabriel went above and beyond for us. Thank you Gabriel!

Great customer service all around. Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. Most places have lost customer service skills these days. It was refreshing to see great customer service again. Well done!!

Also, I loved the floor plan for our room. I’m not sure if all rooms are the same set up; We had two double beds but not in the configuration typically seen (i.e. side by side). It was nice not to have the beds parallel to each other. It felt like we each had our own space and I was Less disturbed by the others sleeping in the room.

Gabriel greeted us at the Ferry Terminal and brought us to Hotel with our luggage. He also drove us back to Ferry Terminal when we departed. Awesome Guy!!. The Front Desk people were amazing as well. The room was great. Clean and comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Can’t beat the location or the price. The rooms are a bit on the right side and don’t have microwaves or fridges, but they are so adorably decorated in Gold Rush theme. Loved that!

Very clean.

Nothing broken.

We were near the back of the hotel and we had wafts of pot smoke whenever we opened the window thanks to the dispensary right behind the hotel.

We’d stay again.

I stayed there for one night, at the check-in the lady told me that the Internet is not working in the rooms, I was shocked because I needed the internet to work. I couldn't find any information about that online, would be nice to know that before. The room was nice but not really clean, unfortunately I checked that in the evening when I used the toilet. Poop stains from the outside at the toilet and few hairs, the floor in the washroom was definitely not moped. Location is perfect, easy to walk to all the shops.

Only in town for work for 2 nights and I haven't been disjointed in the room. The in hotel resteraunt is nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very fun and helpful.
It's close to everything and the place is kept very quiet. I was very happy with my stay.
Not a negative thing, just a comment for those who may be booking. No fridge or microwave in the rooms and the wifi only works in the lobby. But it's still a great place and I'd stay here again.

Nice room and comfy bed, but the walls are very thin and we were sharing a wall with the restaurant so lots of noise until 10pm and then we could hear the other residents discussion and walking...
Due to the very close room's location to restaurant and lobby, we had the free wifi in the room, which was nice!

Very high priced hotel. Unfortunately there aren’t many choices in Skagway so you pay the price as though it was a luxury hotel. Not even close. Garbage truck picking up dumpsters and slamming them around at 6:00 am. The noisiest ice machines ever. Don’t stay in room 67 across from the ice machine unless you have ear plugs. The staff wasn’t interested in listening to any complaints of noise.

Had an okay experience here. The room was nice, however I was planning on working during the stay but even though they advertise free wifi, the wifi only works in the lobby area. So I went to the lobby area to work and while I was trying to work there was some group meeting with 20+ people cheering and clapping, so it was impossible to get work done. Would not recommend this hotel unless you don't need any wifi access.
