This is typically one of the wharf stores I love letting my grandkids shop in but after today I will never go in there again. The cashier was walking around with her mask only covering her chin, not her nose or mouth. Then when we went to pay she barely raised it to halfway cover her mouth only. I had to touch their credit card machine and when I asked if they had sanitizer she rolled her eyes and said no. Any business who risks their customers lives people need to stay out of!

If I could give it zero stars I would I walked in and purchased a good amount of goodies while checking out I asked an African American lady if she would be able to help me grab some hand bracelets after asking more than 10 times she finally decided to answer and said you can grab them yourself and said that she had a hearing problem very rudely... great place but they need to find better attitude workers there’s zero exception on why a worker should act that disrespectful and rude

MY Large Family & I really enjoyed the wharf general store of old Monterey I mean they have everything there you might imagine that Monterey and the Central Coast has to Offer up! At tremendous SALE Discount price for the most popular items All Year Long including the Buy 12 of One item and get 1 of or near the Same item Free 😎 The locals staff were some of the most Happy folks and were courteous with attentiveness that you could definitely feel the happy vibes of California good vibrations
