Kinda a dump inside, very lottery oriented with tickets taped all over the windows. Staff isn’t rude but I wouldn’t say they go out of their way to be friendly. Not a large selection of drinks and a slightly larger selection of snacks while still small. Again. Very lottery and “tobacco” oriented.

So at one point that I know of they where doing 5 dollars free play. I spent so much money at this store and I feel like they are only showing favoritism to certain people they lied about there not doing 5 dollar free play anymore and I seen the owner give a couple people today the 5 dollar free play and tells us that those people got member ship to get the 5 dollar free play. And they have notes on all the machines that it's a secret prize from 4 to 10. So I feel like if they have something against me or my boyfriend they should be honest about it because we are loyal customers and always spend our money there and the fact they had to lie and make a whole entire story about its insane because it's only 5 dollars. Even though I don't care about no 5 dollars but it's fact they lied about it. And they just should be honest not lie and make a whole made up story.

Personally, I have never had a problem here, they have a nice selection of candy and other snacks to check out. On several occasions, they have made not only my boyfriend but also a friend of mine feel very uncomfortable. I went in one time with my boyfriend and they continued to stare and watch my boyfriend as he moved around the store. We noticed and hurried to quickly pay and leave. Very recently, my friend told me he was asked “how much longer he would be in there” while browsing the store. I have never been asked that, my grandparents have never been asked that, and my parents have never asked that. Why single these people out? Just wanted to clarify once again, I’ve been there many times by myself and everyone was always kind to me, but my boyfriend and friend receive hostile treatment. Do better Whitehall Mini-Mart, we are all human.

Was recommended by a friend because they have decently priced disposable vapes. Went in bought one & although the flavor was not at all strong, I just knew from experience that some don't have strong flavors. Within barely 24 hours, the vape died. It showed signs of dying out like hard to inhale etc. I called and explained and the guy was hard to understand or hear but it sounded like he said he would exchange or return it if I came in. I asked what time they close and said I would be in to exchange, he told me the time they close and when I got there he refused to exchange or return it even though it was clearly defective. Would not return to buy anything else. Almost $30 wasted and a new customer not returning because they don't back up the products they sell.

Great mini market! Huge selection of everything from candy , to glass pieces for smoking, and the workers are very polite and friendly
