Bill did an excellent job replacing the tires on my girlfriend's bike. He and his wife were very helpful in finding the white wall tires I requested. He even gave the old bike a tune-up for good measure. I was so pleased with the work he did. I had him tune-up a new bicycle of mine that I had recently put together. He let me sit in on the job and taught me a lot about various adjustments and how things functioned. The parts and labor were reasonably priced for both jobs and it felt good to support this up-and-coming local businesses. I highly recommend Whitemarsh Revolutionary Cycles! I had an all around great experience talking and learning with Bill. He also let me test ride one of his state of the art electric bicycles. I had so much fun! Go check 'em out 😉

I had a fantastic experience with Whitemarsh Revolutionary Cycles! I was going to buy a retrospec directly from the manufacturer site but was nervous about putting it together myself. Whitemarsh assembled it for me at no extra charge, adjusting it perfectly to my height. If that wasn't enough, they were able to deliver it to my house for a small additional fee, since I wasn't able to pick up a bike rack for my car just yet. They stayed and chatted with me about how the bike works and made sure it fit me comfortably. I had a great experience and can't recommend them enough.

I'd give Bill and the WRC team 6 stars if I could! Maintenance and service were my two biggest worries when I purchased an ebike online. Not anymore. The WRC team has fixed both our Ariel Rider D-class and our RadRunner + with professionalism and care- even though we purchased them elsewhere. Bill understands all types of bikes, he takes the time to explain any repairs, and he makes great recommendations for creative solutions. WRC is the only shop in the area I take my ebikes.

Repair/Rental and everything in between...

While searching for a local bike repair shop for my sons bike, several friends highly recommended Whitemarsh Revolutionary Cycles after some inquiry on our community Facebook group. It was the best experience! Bill was extremely knowledgeable and was able to repair his bike in a timely manner and also performed a full tune-up while it was there. The prices were very reasonable and they also provided contactless drop off and pick up. WRC is now my "GO TO" for anything bicyle...

In my conversations with Bill during the repair I also learned that he also rents motorized electric bicycles... The concept completely blew my mind, fast forward two days and there I was with my entire family on a beautiful Sunday morning preparing to ride the Schuylkill River Trail to Philadelphia. Not only did WRC have a wide variety of motorized bikes to choose from, Bill made sure that we were all comfortable and capable of operating the bikes we chose. Safety and customer experience is his top concern. Bill even took the time to safely escort our family to the bike trail so we did not have to navigate the busy streets. If you have never rode a motorized bike, I highly recommended stopping by to see Bill and experience it for yourself. I know we will be doing this again!

My front breaks went on my ONYX RCR DIRT KIT and I had to bail out. Causing a host of issues with alignment of my tires, pedals and chain alignment. I was recommend to come here through ONYX. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and the explanation of issues found on pick up. As a service professional in HVAC, I appreciated the honesty of what was wrong and what was needed to repair and being led to buy another bike. Would highly recommend getting your service and inspections done here for ONYX as well as any other E-Bikes.

I had nothing but the most pleasant and professional experience. When dropping off my e-bike for repair and a tune up Bill offered me some wonderful information on how to maintain the health of my bike. His passion is very clear by his excitement and the tone of his voice. He stopped traffic to make it easier for me to get out. He didn't fix or charge me for anything the bike didn't need yet, and even delivered the bike back so I wouldn't have to take the tire off to fit it in my car.
