Barbara is absolutely top-notch, in two sessions she almost completely eliminated a problem that I had been trying to fix for years with no avail. It started out as trapezius spasms and inflammation, and slowly got worse over the next two and a half years. All the usual remedies and treatments that worked at the onset of the issue stopped working eventually. By the time I found Barbara the inflammation had worked its way to the top of my scalenes and was significantly impeding my day to day life. All the chiropractors and massage therapists I’d seen started saying they had no idea how to fix this, or what was wrong with my traps/scalenes. Barbara on the other hand deals with Chronic issues like mine on a daily basis and had no problems quickly getting to the root of it. I’ve had so many people over the years say “fix your posture” but no one actually taught me a practical way to do it, until Barbara. Within days of seeing her, my neck and shoulders finally got into the correct posture and have started to naturally stay there throughout the day! Could not be more happy with the work done at Whole Frog. 100/100

My experience was relaxing, yet stimulating. I had a lymphatic drainage massage. I also needed to have my facia stretched. Caitlin taught me a few stretches. Sylvia gave me a perfect facial. My skin looks so much better. It was very relaxing and soothing. My daughters gave me gift certificates for Mother’s Day and my birthday day. I have definitely recommended this spa to my Family and friends.

If you visit Whole Frog expecting just a massage , be prepared for something more akin to a religious experience! I have had many massages but nothing like this. Thee take massage to a higher lever. Stormy was my masseuse, and she was amazing. Seriously, this is something entirely different. Their specialty (and I don't say that lightly) is medical/therapeutic massage. I promise you that you will not be disappointed. But don't do just 60 minutes, get a 90 or 120 minute massage.

My husband and I each had a massage. I had a 90 minute relaxation massage with Stormy and my husband had a 90 minute sports massage with Mikal. Both of us were so pleased! Our therapists did such excellent work - we felt relaxed and rejuvenated! I highly recommend them both!

I've been going here for a few years now. It is a very healing place with very caring people here. I've had massages with Barbara, who helped me figure out I was hypermobile and helped me out of my hip pain. And I've currently been seeing Dr. Bob who has been taking great care of me with my neck injury. I highly recommend coming here, whether it's to get out of pain or to just have a relaxing massage.
