Doug is very helpful, I ended up buying 2 wigs and went back after 2 weeks and bought another one.
Their wigs are affordable and have a lot of selections to choose from.
I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a wig.

WHAT!?!?! I absolutely adore this place! Didn't realize they moved to Daly City, which is amazing since I live in Daly City! I have been going to the wig factory for about 17 years for my eyelashes and will occasionally purchase a wig here and there. I normally purchase my eyelashes in bulk so I would not have to venture into the city as often. I'm so excited they are now in Daly City. The couple that owns the store have always been so sweet and welcoming when I shop there! Haven't been to the new location yet, but I'm sure it is as perfect as their old location! Thank you for staying strong through the Pandemic, you have a customer for life!

Had a absolutely fantastic experience! I've been wearing extensions for years, so I wanted to try some wigs. The gentleman was so helpful and took the time to show me how to put on the wig correctly. My husband and 3 year old were with me as well and she had a blast looking at the wigs. Prices are great and are commensurate with the product! Great quality and lovely colors!

The staff were beyond rude in a sarcastic way. I got the feeling they weren't trying to be helpful they were just nosey and hyper paranoid as if we were going to steal something. I showed them a brick of about 5g'$ in hopes they would calm down and they were still rude and intentionally unhelpful. It was kinda strange. In the end I did buy a wig for my friend but only cause she look fantastic in it.

Owner was rude. Selections are over priced and very dated looking (old styles). Don't waste your time, pass on this one.

I was hesitant to go here because of several negative reviews- but I'm so glad I did.
I was greeted by a very nice woman and her husband(?) helped me with my wig selection. I told him what I was looking for, what color, and what my plans were for the wig (I was intending to style it). He then gave me several options. I bought a wig cap (don't complain people- they don't want lice or people's random hairs all up in their wigs) and the gentleman put it on, and proceeded to fit me with the two I was deciding between.
I left spending less than I thought I would ($55, plus $6.50 for a foam head), got great customer service, and am very happy with my wig.
I think some people might expect to walk in and just grab wigs off the heads and try them on on their own- that's not how it works- this isn't a thrift store or Nordstrom's Rack. I will be back should I need another wig- they had a great selection!
