This company is terrible. I would give it zero stars if I could. I whole heartedly believe the good reviews are paid. Every ACTUAL mom I’ve talked to with the Willow 3.0 pump says it doesn’t work. They warn you that if you open the brand new box you just ordered that you can’t return it or get a refund but what they don’t tell you is that it won’t work right out of the box. I bought this pump (Willow 3.0) 1.5 months ago and it hasn’t worked straight out of the box. I’ve been in contact with their customer service and all the want to do is send you replacement parts. I’ve had ALL the parts on my pump replaced several times during the last 1.5 months and all of them are faulty. I tried to use this for the night time pumps and ultimately, due to the inability of it to work properly, I ended up with mastitis. This pump does NOT work. Do NOT waste your money. They’re a much better companies and products out there.

I am an exclusive pumper and neither of my pumps were working nor was there a way to fix them day of. I have already replaced said pumps (both sides) once and to have to replace them and not have a solution available for days to come is completely unacceptable.

Being able to be reimbursed for purchasing a set from a local retailer would have solved this issue and I was happy to return the ones I already have, even if that means paying for additional shipping, but that is apparently not an option. Paying hundreds of dollars for breast pumps, an essential tool in providing for my child, and consistently having issues and having to replace them repetitively makes it nearly impossible for me to recommend these pumps to any friends, family, or coworkers in the market for pumps. I bought the 3.0 for reliability and convenience and neither has been provided. The only upside is that the customer service representatives were cordial but I do not think I will be utilizing Willow in the future nor recommending them to anyone I know.

I have had to call customer service two times now for different parts not working on my pumps. As a busy mom that can be discouraging because you don't have much time to be on the phone. Willow customer service has been nothing but fast and responsive in helping right away. I can not say enough great things about the support I have received!

Terrible company! My wife purchased a pump awhile back and had some major issues using the pump, wont go into detail however.... She has tried to contact them with one response back and no follow through after. When she contacted them it took about a month to hear anything and since it has been crickets waiting for them to help her.
This is a very expensive product with basically no actual support from the company. The pump is a great idea, however if you have a customer with issues you need to put them first! This product was suppose to be my spouses savior, instead it turned out to almost be the end of pumping/breast feeding for her while also being out of pocket $500+ for something that was only used twice.
I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND THE WILLOW PUMP COMPANY!

Wow Willow, thank you! As a first-time NICU mom of a 26-week miracle baby, I learnt it the hard way: pumping was going to be crucial for my daughter's development. Not only did you help us outgrow her prematurity issues within one year -beyond all medical expectations- but Willow truly helped me pump for more than twelve months. Why? Your pump gave me back my social life. Willow made me feel more 'me' again because I could hike again, have brunch and dine out with friends etc. That reward of going out without feeling guilty or having uncomfortable 'full' breasts, empowered me to pump seven times a day for more than nine months. My experiences with Willow's customer service were actually very nice and kind - your team helped me through some Bluetooth pairing issues.

Bought Willow go and it doesn’t work! It won’t stimulate a let down so I just get drops. Huge waste of money and no way to get a refund since it’s a medical device. So disappointed. Don’t buy

Awful customer service. We purchased a pump that malfunctioned after only 2 weeks of use - one of their proprietary bags had a hole in it and milk leaked into the pump, destroying it.

Why a product that's sole purpose is to extract and handle liquid is absurdly sensitive to the slightest amount of moisture ever got beyond the concept phase is beyond me.

DO NOT BUY

So much better than the traditional pumps. Worth the extra $, as it saves me a lot of time that I can spend with my little ones. I even drive my car sometimes while using the Willow!
