Fantastic service - Willy is one of the last few people who service Nakamichi cassette decks correctly! I was well informed as to how repairs were going, and received a print out of my decks performance upon it's return, which exceeded factory specifications! I usually repair my own audio equipment, but given the specialty tools required to align Nakamichi cassette deck heads, I opted for Willy's services based on his reputation in the audio community, and he did not disappoint in the slightest - my deck sounds and performs good as new. The only drawback is the waiting list (12 months for me), so you have to be patient - it's well worth the wait.

Excellent and professional service.
I got my DR-10 serviced for worn belts etc. and it is in perfect condition now. Picked up the unit sealed, and with full description of the service done, performance verification results, and old parts.
